This hotel is phenomenal! We took 2 rooms for 4 nights and absolutely everything was perfect from the moment we walked in to the moment we were waved off- we were blown away with the level of service by every single member of staff (special thanks to Ryan who we loved). The location, the rooms, the ambience and the spa was perfect, and breakfast catered for every taste and was high quality. Their free mini bus took us to whichever ski lift we wanted to go to, and collected us, which was so useful, and the ski hire company dropped all the gear off at the hotel and collected it- what a fab service and took all the stress out of the trip.
Total luxury at this beautiful holiday- a huge well done for getting every aspect of our stay just perfect.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mont-blanc in Chamonix, and it was a flawless 5-star experience. The hotel's central location provided breathtaking views and easy access to attractions. Seamless transportation to ski lifts made our trips hassle-free.

The concierge service was exceptional, ensuring every aspect of our trip was well-planned. Their restaurant recommendations were fantastic, and we were able to keep every reservation.

As first-time visitors, the staff made our stay memorable, guaranteeing it won't be our last. Our junior suite was superbly organized, with the highlight being the best shower we've ever experienced, complete with a private steam room.

In summary, Hotel Mont-blanc exceeded our expectations with a perfect location, seamless transportation, exceptional concierge service, and luxurious accommodations. Highly recommended for an unforgettable Chamonix experience.

My favorite place to stay in Chamonix and now one of my favorite hotels ever. I am a regular visitor to Chamonix, a place where I go to relax and recharge, and was given a gift of a night at Hôtel Mont Blanc by my family.

The exceptional service provided by the front desk staff, the upgraded Jr. Suite with a breathtaking view of Les Aiguilles, a soothing massage at the Spa by Clarins, a pre-dinner drink in the elegantly cozy library, a superb breakfast the next morning, and the gracious invitation to extend my stay beyond check-out to indulge in the spa and heated outdoor pool gave a sense of exclusivity and personalized service which created an atmosphere of luxury and attention to detail. Departing a full 24 hours after my arrival, I left feeling completely rejuvenated.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with Clarins products in the bathrooms, Bose speakers on the desk, and I was thrilled to find a sumptuous Maison Prélonge throw at the foot of my bed. Thoughtful touches like chocolate from local "bean to bar" chocolatier/torréfacteur Shoukâ (a must-visit in Chamonix, I make day trips from Switzerland just to buy my coffee beans from them!), local juices in the mini-fridge, and a discreet turndown service made me feel like a valued guest. With only 41 rooms in the hotel, a heightened sense of privacy adds a touch of indulgence to the stay.

Seul bémol: my gift included dinner, but it was from a very limited menu and what I did order was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Though, again, the service was excellent.

I spend roughly 70 nights per year in hotels for business and, unfortunately, good service has been much less common post-pandemic. 'Quiet luxury' is the buzzword these days, and Hôtel Mont Blanc is setting the standard with its excellent 5-star service. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

After walking from Chamonix to the golf course and back we had a beer and juice in a very relaxed cozy environment. Lovely place and would definitely think about booking a room next time we come to Chamonix

This is the most special place we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. We came tired, jet lagged and ready to relax and they made it happen from the moment we stepped in the parking lot. They parked our car, took our bags and gave us a beautiful room. You can’t go bad with any view either, they are so nicely located. It’s also worth upgrading to a balcony to really enjoy the view and the breakfast in bed they bring you. Lastly, the spa and massages were lovely! They truly cared about the work and your body and showed a true passion for health. We will be back!

Great hotel in a nice location. Staff were all really helpful and the rooms were kept in top condition, with lots of nice flourishes providing that five star experience.
Looking forward to returning soon.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel du 19 au 22 septembre 2023.
Nous tenions à remercier particulièrement le personnel pour son accueil chaleureux et son efficacité.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé, le jardin et la piscine ainsi que le SPA permettent de véritables moments de détente.
La chambre Prestige Plus est très agréable.
Nous pensons déjà à un nouveau séjour pour l'été 2024.

je ne connais pas les chambres, mais je ne parviens pas à trouver leur restaurant LE MATAFAN : en centre ville au dos de l'office de tourisme. très agréable et calme, belle qualité de produits de saison, déco moderne et sobre, service discret. plats travaillés. J'évite l'endroit avec mes enfants (turbulents) pour profiter au maximum, mais les petits sont tout à fait les bienvenus.
