CHALET HOTEL LE CASTEL

At this moment nothing to like at all here - as the stay was ruined by one staff who is working today at 10:28 am on the reception, he came and start screaming as mad in the morning. He claimed we should have not stayed at the hotel even though we have paid for this night!!! It is ridiculous! If I pay for the accommodation, it is my right to stay at the room! He was trying to kick us out when we paid for our stay! Then he stepped on my leg next to my husband’s face , ran to kitchen to ask them to attack us with words that they got the big guy there, more two men came, that’s totally inappropriate, we told to call to police, as a residents of UAE it will be big problem when three men trying to attack me as a woman. but he start shouting more, such people should not work in hospitality! If you don’t want to have spoiled vacation, don’t stay at this place as long as such people work here. He even started to scream we need to pay for hot chocolate and tea that the owner treated us. I have never had to pay for something I didn’t order and was invited for by the owner himself. I would have never drunk it!! As long as this person works in this hotel I will never come back And tell all my huge respected circle of friends in Europe and GCC never to come. To protect my girls and their husbands from such awful treatment and spoiled vacation!

Then he stepped on leg of my wife, and start to shout, not carrying about cameras , ran to kitchen to ask them to attack us with words that they got the big guy there, what’s totally inappropriate, we told to call to police, as a residents of UAE it will be big problem if somebody trying to attack us. but he start shouting more, Being very highly rude, everything was paid , we respected all, was sweet, and just second ago my wife told that the guy called more 2 guys , so it was 3 guys from the kitchen to attack my wife while I took the begs to put in car. Insanely Bad People , imagine it somebody try to ruine your morning like that.

I accidentally left my backpack here after a day's skiing and when I returned in the morning the backpack was returned to me but missing was my favorite woolly hat. Not good enough!

Nous avons seulement déjeuné au restaurant. Service impeccable et sympathique. Plats réussi et savoureux. Nous étions dans la véranda avec un magnifique soleil ! Un très bon moment !

Only used the restaurant. Food and drink were excellent. If skiing Flegere, it is worth coming down to lunch here and then go back up.
