HOTEL DE DIGOINE

Hotel has eccentric decorations but.
-Host almost charged us double (booking was already paid online - he sent an email on second day to ask me to pay instead of addressing it during check-in)
-Wifi is slow, sometimes not available at all
-Toilet didn't flush properly (he fixed it after asking for help but grumpy mood)
-We booked twin beds and received a double bed, received extra blanket after asking)
-When I asked for wifi password he answered annoyed that it's on the table, I had to ask again as I couldn't find it on the huge reception table
-Forbid us to drink wine is the bedroom bc he claimed ppl wouldn't respect the hotel room
-You have to ring literally a bell so he comes out
-bathroom has no door
On the second day we were there he send an email with the following: réserver les canoës-kayak a St Martin d'Ardèche et non à Vallon pont d'Arc)... (die Kajaks St Martin d'Ardèche und nicht in Vallon pont d'Arc reservieren) - he knew we were already put and had booked-what is going on here?
-its not really clean with dead flies etc
-Gate locked until 7.45 when we wanted to check out early
If this guy claims I am a competitor see the other reviews...suggestion: take criticism as a way to improve.

An enchanting place , beautiful and lead your imagination run through back in time at the silk road trade between Europ and China.
The owner of the hotel is very helpful and breakfast is superb
The hotel next to the river ,all set up like a dream .
The place very easy to reach and park.

Das kühle Quellbad im Keller ist genial. Die Einrichtung der Räume im Stil eines alten Schlosses war eindrücklich, besonders die Alte Küche als Frühstücksraum hat uns gefallen. Der Herr des Hauses hat uns freundlich empfangen und war hilfsbereit bei einer Velo-Reparatur. Das Frühstück war superfein und sehr persönlich.
Die Einrichtung hat viele Stilbrüche und merkwürdige "Ausstellungs-Objekte".
Die Klima-Anlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert und die Bett-Decken wirkten alt und abgetragen.

My husband and I spend a de fin de this wonderful guest house. We had al warm welcome by the owner himself. As you enter the mansion, you are absorbed de magnificent atmosphere, at some los time. The decoration is made with al lot of taste and attention to the details. We got a perfect service and kind attitude from the staff. ¡The most pleasant moment for usos was the delicioso dinner by the fireplace with a glass of wine! We had a great time and highly recommend it

se mancha esta residencia claro que no es nada es la altura de la plaza de los la entrada nos encontramos con muchas basura a la derecha del portal a continuación los cuadros alfombra cortinajes y sucio el comedor se desprende un fuerte olor de hollín y la recepción es muy fría nosotros eran aquí para un aniversario de boda y veranos decepcionamos muy por nuestro anfitrión que se preocupa más de su puerta moneda que de sus clientes creo que para halloween c es perfecto porque la casa recuerda es una residencia atormentada sensación escalofriante garantizados
