We loved our tour of this picture-perfect bio-organic family vineyard. Paul made our family feel like VIPs. Great to get into amongst the vines and be able to ask questions. Absolutely beautiful location and fantastic wine crafted with clear care and passion to top it off.

Exceptional and warm welcome from the Chatal family. An immersion in the heart of the vineyards with explanations about their grapes and wines. An intimate and friendly tasting of delicious wines. Beautiful and charming setting. We look forward to returning on future trips.

Fabulous morning touring a family run, organic vineyard with our very genial, knowledgeable and passionate host, Paul. Learnt about the heritage of the grapes, the wine making process, the local geography such as the Mistral winds plus French history. What's not to like? Needless to say we have invested in a few bottles! Highly recommended.

Also wir sind mehr als begeistert von diesem Weingut ???? Abgesehen von den wirklich leckeren Weinen, die unheimlich weich und geschmackvoll sind, merkt man die Leidenschaft, die hier drinsteckt. Paul hat uns so viel erzählt und gezeigt in diesem Weintasting, dass interessant war … ???? Würd ich jederzeit empfehlen ????

Vignoble et vignerons accueillants et chaleureux. Nous avons passé une agréable visite aux côtés d’un vigneron passionné. Et une superbe dégustation de vin pour découvrir les produits du lieu.

It was a great experience, visiting a family business. A place full of care, love and taste. We learnt many interesting information on the plantation, the growth of the grapes, the harvest. Paul is very passionate and he can transmit his passion. Catherine, Paul's mother, has a strong knowledge of wine tasting. You can see and feel their love for the vineyard everywhere. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

Den Rosé Chat Blanc haben wir in einem Restaurant getrunken.
Anschließend zum Weingut wo wir herzlichst begrüßt wurden. Bei der Weinprobe wurde uns alles in perfekten Englisch erklärt. Ein sehr schönes Weingut mit biologischem Anbau und sehr sympathischen Winzern. Wir freuen uns schon den Wein zu Hause zu genießen.

Le Domaine du Chat Blanc est l'un de mes domaines préférés autour du Ventoux. D'abord pour l'accueil très chaleureux de cette famille qui aime partager leur savoir-faire et expliquer les spécificités de la production de vins bio,
puis bien sûr pour leur vins : mes préférés sont le rouge cuvée première qui est un délice & leur rosé gastronomique qui réconcilie avec le rosé,
pour leur domaine avec une superbe vue sur le Mont Ventoux,
et l'été pour leurs soirées concerts où l'on peut accompagner leurs vins de bonnes dégustations culinaires réalisées par des chefs locaux.
Un domaine à découvrir absolument si vous passez à Saint Didier.
