Bei meiner Ankunft war ein junger Mann an der Rezeption der es nicht geschnallt hat, das jemand ohne französisch Kenntnisse kommt und war auch nicht bemüht mich irgendetwie auf eine andere Weise zu informieren z.B. Frühstückzeit.
Das Personal am nächsten Morgen war hingegen sehr nett und freundlich.
Deswegen auch die 3 Sterne für Service.

Comment est il possible d'avoir encore des établissements comme ça dans notre beau pays. Et tout ça pour 100€ la nuit sans le petit dejeuner (qui fe toute façon n'est pas terrible du tout)
Le pire c'est que les gérants ne voient absolument que tout est vieux, sans goût et sans aucun charme.
Il faudrait donner un.coup de neuf, changer le mobilier et mettre de la déco pour rendre le tout acceptable
Les chambres sont tristes les salles de bains d'un autre temps.
A vous de voir et je suis même pas certain qu'il y a mieux à ce prix là

Ho dato una stella perché non è possibile darne meno...pessima esperienza! Pulizia dei servizi inesistente, asciugamani bucati, sanitari, rotti datati e sporchi...che dire ?

Pros: Good location in old city, very quite and green street. Hotel declares private parking - though it is not guaranteed - we were not able to use it
Cons: rooms are very old and weared. renovation and care needed. Airconditioner was so noisy - it was almost impossible to sleep

Un Hotel para tener en cuenta! La ubicación es estratégica, máxime si venis viajando en tren por toda la costa. Es muy cómodo, cerca de todo! La habitación es básica, impecable, y te deslumbra con una terraza magnífica, mágica! Lo volvería a elegir en función de su relación precio/ calidad. Ofrecen café/ té y agua en planta baja las 24hs. Lo recomiendo!

Definitely needs renovation. Bathrooms are poor. Beds are barely OK. Rooms are poor. Reception service is good. Backyard private parking is an advantage. Location is good.

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter le centre historique! Hôtel âgé mais très correcte pour le prix! Bon petit déjeuner! Un Parking est disponible(voitures électriques sont bien venus) Chambre confortable( deux adultes et deux enfants 7 et 11 ans) deux lits doubles!

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel. L'accueil est très sympa, la chambre (avec une belle vue sur le jardin) très bien, y compris la literie et la salle de bains, avec une très belle douche à l'italienne. L'emplacement est parfait, très proche de la gare, et pourtant très calme. Nous sommes arrivés bien après 20h, ça n'a pas posé de problème. Nous avons pu mettre nos vélos en sécurité dans un local fermé, sans supplément. Il y a un agréable petit salon avec boissons chaudes gratuites.

L'accueil, tant à la réservation par téléphone qu'à l'arrivée est impeccable. J'ai eu affaire à 3 personnes différentes (soir ou journée), qui sont tout aussi attentives que les hôtes eux mêmes|Chambre côté jardin très calme et bien équipée , literie confortable

Dieses Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt von Avignon gelegen. Es ist zwar alt aber alles frisch renoviert und die Zimmer sind einladend und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Unser Zimmer hatte einen getrennten Raum für das WC und einen weiteren Raum für das großzügige Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Bidet und Badewanne. Der Empfang ist 24/7 besetzt und mindestens auch englischsprachig. Auf unserer Durchreise nach Spanien fühlen wir uns hier immer gut aufgehoben. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der warmen Jahreszeit lädt die Sonnenterrasse zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen abgeschlossenen Hof zum Abparken seines Autos und zwei Ladestationen für Tesla. Dieses Hotel ist ein kleines Juwel und optimal gelegen, um Avignon und das Umland zu erkunden.

Zimmer war ok aber klein, dafür sehr sauber. Bett war (für unseren Geschmack) zu weich und komplett durchgelegen. Das Badezimmer hätte eine Renovation nötig, noch mit Badewanne welche nicht mehr gerade den besten Eindruck macht…

Das Frühstück war dürftig und eher überteuert für das was angeboten wird…
Der Parkplatz im Innenhof hätte dringend eine Pflege notwendig…! Ein Besen in die Hand zu nehmen wäre wünschenswert…

I really enjoyed my two days here. Very good breakfast and it was no problem when we asked if we could have it at seven already. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was there with my bike and they have a locked garage for them which is accessible with the elevator, very convenient when you have 20 kg of luggage. The rooms have ac and the beds are comfortable. We've had a very big balcony all to ourselves. They also have a drier and a washing machine, perfect for bike tours. The bathrooms are quite old but definitely clean and well maintained. Also, the toilet and the shower are in two separate rooms which is convenient. Otherwise the rooms are fairly modern actually. The wifi is good, I got around 50 mb/s, enough to do some work on the go and stream videos in hd. Location wise it's perfect for bikes, very close to the end of the Rhone bike trail but still well within the old town and close to some good restaurants and takeaways. The street it's located at is quiet as well.

Hotel situato a pochi passi dal centro , confortevole e silenzioso, accessibile in auto o moto con parcheggio riservato gratuito per i motociclisti.
Piccola saletta a disposizione degli ospiti per lettura , caffè o thé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La chambre est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux. Sans oublier le salon café et la terrasse. Nous avons tout fait à pied et c'est près de la gare. Surtout vraiment surtout remerciements à la personne de l accueil qui personnifie le mot accueil.

We stayed while bikepacking.
Unfortunately no functioning air pump in the hotel.
I don't understand why the hotel has a reccomendation from France Velo Tourism.
Price was a bit high for what we got.
Older staff was very friendly but one younger man was not welcoming.

Dins del casc antic d'Avinyó. L'hotel té aparcament però també es pot aparcar amb relativa facilitat pels carrers del voltant. Personal molt amable. Habitacions correctes (haurien de posar-li una cortina a la dutxa). Petita sala d'estar agradable on et pots servir cafè de franc. Esmorzar car (12€) però el lloc més proper és l'estació o a la Rue de la Republique, a 10'.
