My wife slipped and fell in the shower due to a very slippery surface. She fell backwards and hit her head, her back, her wrist and ankle. The floor of the shower was so slippery that that she was unable to stand up and I had to lift her up. She sustained sever pain and since returning to England has had several treatments by an Osteopath who is concerned that she may have damaged her spine and will have to have a Scan later this week. We spoke to the receptionist - there was no one else around - who was totally disinterested and did not offer any help, saying that no one had ever complained before about the slippery surface in the shower. I must also say that I found the shower surface very slippery and had warned my wife to be very careful when taking her shower.

Para descubrir Avignon no hay como quedarse en el centro de la ciudad. El encanto de recorrer las calles por la tarde noche es espectacular. El hotel esta super bién ubicado. El personal es muy atento, el desayuno fue delicioso y el estacionamiento queda a 2 cuadras de distancia (muy cerca).

Attention , il y a des punaises de lit. J'ai été piquée ainsi que mon fils. On a quitté la chambre avant la fin du séjour, c'était horrible.
