Eine tolle Atmosphäre im Innenhof, leckeres Essen.

Auf der Reise nach Perpignan haben wir hier eine Nacht verbracht. Die Zimmer sind rustikal und es ist alles drin was man braucht, inkl. Klimaanlage. Die Hotelanlage ist eine kleine Oase auf einer Flussinsel bei Avignon. Insgesamt ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden . Nach 10Stunden Autofahrt haben wir den Pool genossen. Abends haben wir das Abendessen im Innenhof eingeenommen. Super war, dass man auf die Wünsche unserer Tochter eingegangen sind, Essen von der Kinderkarte auch mit 14Jahren. Den Abend kann man im Innenhof in gemütlichen Sitzeecken bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen. Ein Highlight war das Frühstück, gemütlich im Innenhof und für alle was dabei.

Our hotel got us reservations here as it appears to be kinda difficult to do. Great setting, good food, excellent service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend this "off the beaten track" Resteraunt.

You are such a liar. I took pictures of how i left the rokm. See, it proves your french arogance and not trusting, you are a liar. So that all on google can see you are not to be trusted. Where the water and dirt. O ly what you did not wishto clean for your guest. You make me sick. Terrible person. And you have other reviews recently who said that you are the woman are very unpleasant. I am not the only one. Dust from sund and mud from the roads and hotel drive roads everywhere throughout, and from within 20 min drive off the hotel included the hotel area. Room is small even tho it was booked as supposed to be standard double i think they gave me small double. There is a difference on their website but they claim it is standard double. I wonder what would small double be like?! Shower in the room is mouldy. When was checking in, some women, looking like refugees, were cleaning it. Cheap labour used by the hotel. And very bad quality of cleaning. Went to the pool, it was covered with blown tree leaf and dust from the road of the hotel parking. The receptionist is the one who cleans the pool so obviously she is not a professional cleaner and the inside walls of the pool could not have been scrubbed properly with the brush for ages. When complained to her about the pool dirt and then after discovered shower mould she said it is not dirty for her!..then she started complaining that i took two towels. Which i brought back 5 min after checking the pool and not liking it. She took one towel which i didnt not use but touched and put it back to the shelves. For the next customers.....No hygiene. I was also the only person in the hotel. So there was no shortage and not busy, but she complainned that other guests will not have towels enough because i took two. But there was no one else in the whole hotel at 3pm and no one in the pool. And i could see all the towels lined up on the shelves. Not used. But she took towel off me and put it back to the shelves, as if it was not used. She is so rude. She wares a short hair, gray. And she is olderly. Just so you all know. Who you dealing with. Not acceptable. Very French, very typically Arrogant. Cleanliness standards are not the same for all. And the fact that the property as whole has the policy of ignoring and deflecting constructive criticism and only post positive revision, very unprofessional and so like French! Arrogant! I have booked this hotel based on reviews to have business meetings in the area, but these reviews are all old, they filter them, and only aprove positive ones. She wanted to refuse the refund, but i threatened to call the police after she suggested maybe police should come. I said yes, they should come, and all their guests should hear about their rude attitude towards their guests. She them agreed to refund, less the one night as I was in the room checked in. I didnt want to stay for even one night. Paid one night and left. There are better hotels in the region than this, they have nothing to offer. No amenities, no service, maybe restaurant but that is all and even that is not extraordinary in France as there are many other places which offer a proper French cuisine with better service and love. Shame on you, you gray haired woman.

Food was good yet not excellent, staff was delightful yet owner quite unpleasant
