Quelle déception !!!! C est toujours aussi bon mais la canicule a eu raison des portions qui comparativement à ses débuts, ont largement fondu, les prix eux ont suivi le mercure, ils ont très largement grimpé. Très honnêtement c’est très bon très pratique , mais desole ça ne vaut pas ce prix 13 euros une assiette très moyenne en quantité ….. je mettrai mon argent ailleurs

I live in Avignon and for me Chez Francoise is the epitome of traditional French establishment. If Chez Francoise were a country I would characterize it as a true social democracy. First, I think it’s THE BEST coffee in Avignon. Second, they make their food fresh everyday for lunch. ALL and I mean ALL is locally sourced. It is owned by a family so you can just imagine the staff! The space is huge and frequently, people have meetings here. Because I live here, I often run into people. They also have whats “cafe suspendu” this is buying a coffee for a person in need. It means anyone can go in there and ask for a coffee that someone has already paid. This is truly one of my most favorite places!

Super friendly staff, and it was a bonus she spoke English as she had lived in England for many years. They had the typical "American" breakfast, eggs, orange juice, hot beverage and toast. Eggs cooked to order and homemade jam. All at a reasonable price.

Sandwich ultra cher (genre 6,5 euros) et parfois je pense qu’ils sont de la veille… les sandwichs sont les mêmes depuis des années franchement on en peut plus

Accueil au top, serviable, c’est bon si on nous avaient pas mal accueilli au comptoir gourmand on aurai pas connue ce salon de thé un mal pour un bien.
Venez sans hésiter ici, ils sont super et c’est bon

La terrasse est sympa, au soleil. Sinon la nourriture n'est pas très originale.c'est quiche salade verte comme chez mamie avec la pâte feuilletée industrielle. Thé chai pas au niveau : du thé infusé dans du lait.

This café/restaurant is a great place for lunch and coffee. The atmosphere makes one think of a great lunch break with colleagues having homemade food and piano playing in the background. I spent a few hours reading and enjoying the chatty atmosphere!

Quiche is very recommended ;)

Une rentrée bien décevante en tant que client habituel. Les portions de tartes et notamment au citron dont la quantité est reduite quasi de moitié alors que le prix est resté inchangé ! 1/8e à 5,50€ ? A méditer...
Dommage.

J'ai été mal recue... le jeune homme pas du tout sympa J'ai pris un plat du jour poulet mariné,quinoa,carottes ( c'était bon simple pas de quoi recevoir une étoile) j'ai du demander un supplément de carottes car mon assiette était très légère....le jeune a fait une réflexion a la dame qui sert avec lui et j'ai entendu " une chieuse encore"....
Bref....moi qui pensais partir satisfaite au vu des commentaires bin ce n'était pas le cas hélas!!!!

Je retenterai voir si aujourd'hui était un jour sans.....

If you are an American looking for breakfast, do NOT bother going here. The omelette was the worst I have ever had. They can only do plain eggs or with mushrooms and they were very overcooked and flavorless. The rest is just carbs and more carbs, and they didn't even give us butter or jam. They did not have a menu, just a board. For service they didn't seem to like us despite us being polite and friendly. And you have to order at a counter. I will say the cappuccino was excellent so it's fine if you go for a coffee.

Lovely, cozy, delicious, family friendly spot! Could come here any time of day. Quiche was delicious and the plat du jour looked amazing! Great tea too.
