Wir waren gestern dort, um ein Kaffee zu trinken und haben uns sowohl eine schöne Aussicht als auch ein leckeren Kaffee gewünscht. Die Aussicht war top. Das „Restaurant“ von innen veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen, ausgestopfte Tiere wie in einer Österreichischen Jagdhütte und Eier vom Frühstücksbuffet lagen um 15 Uhr immer noch im Raum rum. Der Kaffee war den Namen nicht wert. Es steht eine Siebträgermaschine dort, doch für 4,50 Euro erhält man einen billigen ungenießbaren Maschinenkaffee, der einem Stunden lang einen schlechten Atem besorgt und einem eine Völle- und Übelkeitsgefühl hinterlässt. Die Hände der Kellnerin waren derart ungepflegt, dass es mich angeekelt hat den Kaffee zu trinken, den sie hinstellte. Warum kann man angefressene und zersetzte Fingernägel nicht mit einem Pflaster oder etwas ähnlichem abkleben. Ekelhaft. Ein toller Ausblick, 9 Euro Verlust und ein Ekelgefühl sind geblieben. Eine Goldgrube vergammelt an der Kante des Canyons.

Nous avons pris notre repas du midi dans ce restaurant, accueil très chaleureux, très bien mangé sur une superbe terrasse surplombant le Verdon. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

I’m under the impression that the service towards French people is okay, but as a non-French tourist the service was more then just bad. At one point, when we answered her that we had already ordered our drinks with her colleague earlier, the waitress/owner rolled here eyes and said “I don’t care, then don’t order anything” (yes, we do speak French).
I can’t speak to quality of the food, we didn’t want to stay any longer to try it. The views upon the gorges are amazing though. Even so, I could not recommend this place to anyone. We’re not one to leave a negative review , but we really disliked the way they treated people. Interacting with them could simply ruin your day and thats just not worth it.

Nous avons pas séjourné à l hôtel mais juste manger au restaurant qui est vraiment génial ! Les repas sont au top super cuisine gastro de saison et le service est au top aussi vraiment à faire avec la vue panoramique magnifique sur les gorges du Verdon. Je recommande

Exceptional hotel in the border of the Canyon du Verdon. Stunning view from the room window and from the restaurant. Good dinner, nice breakfast. Service is kind and receptive. In the hotel hall you find a piano, books and plenty of board games. Rooms have TV, a private bathroom with a comfortable shower and a balcony.

sont,en effet, Les Gorges du Loup,et
Verdon, et un endroit qui vaut visiter et
meme seulement pour avoir pris une
vue 360° la-haut qui semble vraiment
d'un Grand-Canyon Francais. Dans les
plus parts des Hotels,on peut deman-
der s'il peut va au bar, le cafe ou
restaurant pour rien d'autre qu'un
boisson, et, entre-temps, on a plein du
temps de decider s'il on a envie pour
un menu en plus, ou "dire l'excuse
qu'on attend quelques amis qui
arrivent plus tard", sauf on et finale-
ment pas obliger de prendre aucun
chose de la cuisine.....(!)

En primer lugar, cabe destacar que todas las habitaciones tienen un balcón o una terraza, es falsos.Cosa INCREÍBLE: ¡es totalmente no salir del hotel después de 23:00, las puertas cerradas, atrancadas, encadenadas!¡La primera noche, poseo de salir para ir a buscar medicamentos olvidados en el coche, pedí el señor. muy desagradable de abrírseme, se ha realizado con ambiente desagradable a posible, sin una palabra, sin una sonrisa!¿La segunda noche, debíamos salir para pasear Nos. 2 perros (10 euros al día) y allá? ¡Persona tiene la recepción, es imposible encender las luces y por supuesto la puerta atrancada!¡Una cárcel!¿No???? ¿Qué pasa t il si hay un incendio??????Mouches son las reinas en la sala del restaurante. Muy clavadas en el techo y que vuelan sobre la comida en platos.En la entrada del aparcamiento, hay un coche transversalmente, impidiendo la salida. Según nos comenta del personal, son las órdenes de la jefa que tienes miedo que la gente va sin arruinarse, así que necesitarás dar la vuelta y salir de paso frente a la recepción.Si vamos, hablamos con un hombre de la recepción del descontento, tuvo la bonnette de decirnos que éramos: ¡agresivos!Este hotel es un HORROR de recepción, se considera a los clientes como menos que nada.No hay una sonrisa, no hay una palabra agradable, una catástrofe!Esta gente debería realmente cambiar de trabajo.

The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, but also be warned that their English is not the best so it really helps to have someone there who speaks French in your party. If you do have someone that speaks French though, they are helpful and accommodating and especially the son is very kind and happy to chat.
