We loved the breakfast in the Bar! Great selection!
The room and the view were awesome but the walk-in shower was the best of all!

Beautiful. the location is incredible. I will recommmend your Hotel to all my friends.
The Front Desk associates were very helpful and cheerful. The Breakfast Staff could not
be more polite and helpful.

We loved our stay here and I will be back.
We were kindly upgraded which was greatly appreciated. Alll staff were kind and helpful.
Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious.
Location can’t be best-view is like a dream.

We loved our stay at Welcome Hotel. Perfect location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our room with balcony looking at the bay.

Our visit, though short, was truly wonderful. The reception / front desk staff are exceptional.
My bathroom rating reflects my opinion on the bathtub - a bit high to step in and out of. Simply a shower would be great.
My rooms rating reflects the sound level from the next room. I could hear their conversations clearly. I have tolerance for this in hotels, and understand in older buildings this can be hard to avoid, but we were a bit surprised. It also may have been a particularly loud family

Prachtige plek aan de haven. Zeer attent personeel. Fijne kamer met goed bed. Douchen in bad is iets minder handig maar te doen. Mooi balkon ! Een droom plek, niet goedkoop , je zit wel heel centraal tussen de restaurants.

To clarify the mark for cleanliness, basically the room was clean, however, on close inspection, there were areas that were heavily covered in dust, such as the top of the mini fridge, the back of the makeup mirror in the bath etc.

I love this hotel. The only thing I would say is: I would add a little long handle brush so the terrace under the hotel sign can be swept by the guest in the morning. It was thick with dead insects which had died during the night attracted by the light. I did not use that balcony in the morning because of the insects. Of course - another option is to turn the hotel sign light off earlier - saves insects which are good for the wonderful swooping swifts and electricity - good for the planet!

We had a lovely stay at your hotel. If we ever make plans to return to Villefranche-sur-mer, your hotel will be our first and only choice. I would recommend your hotel to anyone that asks. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast meals and always-open bar were a highlight. The balcony was perfect for viewing the activity of the city and boats, the Olympic torch event and the fireworks in the evening were a surprise and a delight! Loved the special sweet treats!

We had a fantastic time at the Welcome Hotel, even though we came down with Covid during our stay. The staff was absolutely stellar in taking care of us. It’s a very special place and so much more than a hotel.
