Fabio y Fabrice abrieron este hermoso hotel boutique en abril de 2018 después de varios meses de trabajo. Situado en un bonito edificio Art Deco a tan sólo 5 minutos a pie de las playas y del Promenade des Anglais, este hotel le da la bienvenida a su moderna decoración completamente renovada. El ambiente es decididamente familiar: sonrisas, amabilidad y profesionalidad son las palabras clave de los gerentes. Las habitaciones son limpias y confortables: equipadas con ducha o baño, además de aire acondicionado, TV y nevera. Una buena dirección en el corazón de Niza que le permitirá descubrir la ciudad y sus tesoros fácilmente.

I have never stayed in a hotel with such a warm personal touch: Fabio and the team were always there to help, answer any questions, give recommendations and advice. Also location is perfect, in a calmer less touristic area, 15 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the beach. Smaller rooms on the 3rd floor are creative with their floor plan but have all the essentials.

My only advice is for the sweet wonderful woman who checked us in is to remember after traveling hours to get there, the last thing people want is sit and listen to a looong talk. I could barely focus bc I was tired, hungry, needed a restroom and just wanted to put my feet up with a cup of tea when I first arrived. I finally “escaped” the friendly, overly -helpful chat to use the bathroom. Would be good to say, “go relax and freshen up first, then I can show you stuff.”
Room was small, but everything was clean, in order and with croissant delivered in the morning, was an all together great experience.
