الغرف جيدة ونظيفة والأثاث حديث وأغلب موظفين الإستقبال دائما ودودين وخدومين لكن خاصية التدفئة في التكييف لا تعمل والجو كان بارد جدا. أيضا الحمام يحتاج إلى سباكه لأن كان تخرج منه رائحة غير جيدة.

Très bon séjour au calme avec une vue incroyable. Cependant, il y a quand même quelques imperfections pour un hôtel 4 étoiles : télé non connectée, la réceptionniste nous as vu arriver mais nous as pas pris en charge directement (elle était occuper à faire autre chose), voiturier aigrit, quelques tâches dans notre chambre. Sinon, le reste était au top

We just had a drink on rooftop terrace bar. Beautiful view on Nice Promenade.
Staff was ok, prices are not high for a hotel.

Первая линия. От аэропорта 20 минут трамваем номер 2. Море чудесное, пляж галечный. Завтраки в отеле разнообразные и сытные на любой вкус. Номера светлые, матрасы удобные . В номере сейф, чайник ( чай+ кофе), фен, утюг. Хорошая косметика в ванной. Ежедневная уборка номеров.

Terrible hotel. Checked in and was given my key, but when I got to my room it hadn't been cleaned. Returned to reception and told them, but instead of giving me another room I had to wait an hour and a half for them to clean the room I had been given originally. Totally disinterested staff, zero customer service. Avoid if you expect proper levels of service.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and a great sea view, well located between the airport and the city centre right at the Promenade d'Anglais. The staff at the reception was very nice!

Crazy hotel. The reception was very rude and impatient when we checked in. The craziest part was that at 8am in the morning, the extremely loud renovation noise coming from upstairs in our room for more than an hour. A hotel can't even get its guests to rest well. My holiday was badly ruined.

The check-in process is painfully long. The restaurant didn't serve food within restaurant opening hours. We had a family suite with a terrace, which had amazing views. But the room did not have any wine glasses or cups for coffee. Both bathroom sinks had stains on, as did one of the towels. There was a hole in the side of the cot. No TV channel to show the Nice game. Reception told us an extra €27 each for breakfast, so we went to a local cafe instead. Tram links behind the hotel are very useful, and they will be needed as there is not much close by.
Great potential but for €250 per night, it's seriously underperforming.

Today (Feb 2024- after 7 stays) it is my all-time favorite hotel worldwide. I love the positive atmosphere there, the very friendly staff, the rooms, the SPA, and not to forget the Breakfast Buffet (Some great food is missing e.g. Quiche). But all in all: It has something to do with that wonderful, colorful hotel inner design...a place where I feel very much home. And I am really happy, coming several times every year!

The rooftop is amazing, amazing view and brunch in terms of atmosphere and DJ but the food is not good, only salads, nothing warm, and basically it's not brunch! The waiters ate bad also

Standard room does not come with a fridge which is strange. Breakfast buffet is very limited and not worth the price. Location is quite far from the main city centre.

Receptionist Fatima was not the nicest, when I arrived at the hotel she didn’t check if the room was available just said I should come back at 3. However I saw multiple people come after me and they were able to check in. Later I went back and spoke to someone else who said the room was ready.
