Tolle ruhige Lage sehr nahe passt alles was nicht Ok war Frühstück 20€ pro Kopf und Dusche, nach der Duschen kannst du Boden wischen.

全てのスタッフの対応が懇切丁寧で，大変有り難かった．もし可能なら，朝食に野菜も豊富に用意して貰えると文句の付け所がない．

Location is difficult to get to
Rooms are outdated, also the hotel

Un très beau moment passé dans cet hôtel. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, les chambres sont magnifiques, les lits grands et confortable. A quelques pas de la Croisette et de ses commerces. Pour votre voiture vous avez le parking Vauban à côté ou quelques places dans la rue. Petit-déjeuner complets avec demi choix en sucré-salé. Merci pour toutes les attentions et ce séjour si agréable.

The room is very smelly, and the road downstairs is really noisy. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise when I opened the bed. The smell in the room was pungent when the window was closed. I didn’t sleep all night, and I fell ill the next day... I recorded a video, I don’t know if I can hear the sound. The reality is much louder than the video, because there are many motorcycles at night. I am a person who does not have high requirements for accommodation, so I can’t stand it. This hotel is really bad.

房間很大氣味，樓下又是大馬路真的很吵，開了床吵到睡不着，關了窗房間那個味道又刺鼻，一晚上沒睡，第二天就生病了…錄了視頻，不知道能不能聽到聲音，現實比視頻聲音大很多，因為晚上很多摩托車，我是個對住宿要求沒有特別高的人，都忍受不了，這個酒店真的很差。

Un très bel hôtel à quelques minutes de la Croisette ! Une grande chambre , design et tout confort . Deux points également positifs sont que l’établissement accepte les chiens et un accueil très chaleureux! Je recommande cet hôtel , j’y retournerais très bientôt !

Great little hotel, close to everything in Cannes, offering good value and excellent service. My room was a little warm and noisy at times, but was super comfortable and well equipped.

Hotel plus que médiocre, draps (taches de sang), rideaux (taches de vomi) et salle de bains sales.
Nous payons pour arriver dans un bel hôtel et ils nous mettent dans une annexe plus que déplorable.

Stayed here for one of our spots for our honeymoon. The ladies at the front were very friendly, it was in a great location- a little removed from the beach but still a nice walk and area. Loved our room, very spacious and hotel was very new feeling, not dated at all.

I had a wonderful weekend break. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Cannes. The room is spotless and good size with a very comfortable bed, it also has a large bathroom with a big bath, which was lovely. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again.

Chouette hôtel, chambre assez grande, seulement une baignoire mais on peut prendre une douche si on veut, chambre côté rue un peu bruyante quand on dort la fenêtre ouverte mais ça passe au matin on a le soleil dans la chambre

Comment l’hôtel peut avoir une aussi bonne note ? Rien ne va. J’ai réservé une chambre avec balcon et baignoire je n’ai eu ni l’un ni l’autre. J’ai dû aller à la réception pour réclamer au moins une chambre avec baignoire, mais sans balcon… Dans la chambre absolument l’intégralité du mobilier est abîmée salle de bain sale séchoir qui ne fonctionne pas… le train qui passe proche de l’hôtel. Nuisance sonore excessive nuit et jour. nous mêmes avons salit les draps nous demandons donc de nouveaux draps et précisons qu’on les changera nous mêmes il n’ont pas de draps de rechange à la bonne taille . Le prix en saison est exorbitant !!!!!! Pour le parking c’est au petit bonheur la chance. Je ne recommande pas du tout !

I am very impressed with this hotel! The staff is super nice and friendly, it’s clean and quiet and our room was pretty large and very pretty. Location is great, the parking on the street is free but never available, so we parked 5mjns away on another street.

Si vous recherchez une expérience d’hôtel descente et standard je ne peux que fortement vous déconseiller l’hôtel Renoir. L’expérience y est d’une pauvreté affligeante pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, pour ne citer que quelques defaults:
- climatisation qui coule dans le chambre
- Evacuation de l’évier de la salle de bain non fonctionnelle.
- En demandant le Wifi vous serez dirigé sur un lien de wifi “premium” a payer en extra (un vrai retour dans les années 2000)
- Pas de nourriture à part du congelé et dés café facturée à 4€ l’unité.

Cannot not be trusted! I had to cancel my reservation on the D-day, the conditions of cancelling the booking were respected. However the staff at the reception has been playing back and forth saying they need the approval of the manager. Surprisingly the manager cannot be reached. They finally didn’t not answered to my request and took the price of my first night. Be careful with the management of this hotel. Cannes is a touristic place they definitely don’t care about their guests.
