We were there earlier this week, for dinner. This restaurant is terrible; apart from the ambiance that is sad (no music heard at our table and there were only very few tables as the place inside is too small), the service was also awful: to start with the menu: just only one menu was available, with no possibility for extra options. The food taste was not something exceptional and neither its quality nor the quantities justify the exorbitant bill we had to pay. The service was also at the edge of ' rudeness' ...I definitely won't be going back there because it is obvious that their view is on the pocket of the clients who are not locals, as they think we have money to throw away. Well, it was the first and last time for me: I have been to many gastronomic restaurants in several countries in my life and I don't mind paying when food-quality- service and ambiance create an excellent outcome; this is far from the reality in the ' Incontournable' . It takes a lot of effort and parameters to be considered a GOOD restaurant and certainly this restaurant cannot be considered as a good one. If you are thinking to visit, my advice is ' avoid it' at any means: if you are hungry and need urgently to feed your stomach, better go to a fast food chain. At least you won't be regretting having been robbed.

Incroyable comme restaurant je me suis régalé du début à la fin entrée plat et dessert que ce soit goût ou présentation l’ambiance du restaurant est parfaite c’est un lieu qui respecte bien son nom car incontestablement incontournable dans manosque pour bien manger et passer un bon moment en famille ou entre ami

Ce petit restaurant a l'accueil chaleureux et ses plat originaux et succulents composés de produits locaux est une pure merveille ! L'agneau était fondant et la polenta et les petits légumes délicieux. Le pavlova avec ses fruits aux saveurs contrastées était un vrai régal ! Pour ma troisième visite, j'ai été comblée...
