Au téléphone on m'indique que le parking est inclus dans le tarif entreprise que j'utilise, un fois sur place ce n'est plus le cas. Ensuite je demande les horaires de la salle de sport, on m'indique qu'elle ouvre à 8h mais que le personnel de nuit pourra me l'ouvrir si je souhaite y aller plus tôt, le lendemain à 5h30 la personne à la réception refuse catégoriquement de m'ouvrir la salle car elle n'ouvre qu'à 8h.

Sur cette nuitée du 27 au 28/09, le global est toujours mais positif mais j'ai trouvé cette fois-ci particulièrement long le check-in. La propreté de ma chambre (salle de bain) était cette fois moyenne et la qualité du réseau dans ma chambre très mauvaise (j'ai du de ce fait me connecter en partage de réseau..)

Coffee machine in the room (434) was not ok, obviously a wrong Power cord is used that is not only a problem für handling, but also a security riskieren. Second and main reason for my complain, Sauna seem to be out of Service fir a while and that was one of my main reasonwhy i selectthe oceania. Strange is, that thishit only man, the lady one was working. In such case i would expect you open for All guests or find another sollten. The Rest was fine

I liked a lot the bedroom, the bathroom and the atmosphere, coffee was not excellent, during breakfast I would have had some more choice for fruits and some vegetables

Bien, malgré problème de chambre car il manquait un lit pour notre fils. Prix de la chambre inchangé pour une chambre plus grande. Odeur désagréable

towels not very clean and stinky; no usb ports available to recharge mobile; too hot with air conditioning on and too cold if off. Square pillows are unconfortable VS slim, tougher and rectangular ones. I really miss the bidet in the bathrom

la porte de la douche de la piscine est complètement à changer. Le placage se retire. C’est pour ça que j’ai mis une mauvaise note faut la refaire.
