Construido a finales del siglo XVI y ^principios^del XVII sobre los cimientos de una fortaleza medieval, este castillo de ladrillo y piedra imita la Cour du Cheval Blanc del castillo de Fontainebleau, con sus escaleras en forma de herradura. Caído del trono polaco en 1725, Stanislas Leczinski encontró aquí refugio. Hoy, los visitantes pueden admirar una biblioteca ^{del siglo XVIII}, tapices flamencos de finales del siglo ^XVI y una cocina de loza suizo-alemana decorada con escenas de caza y alegorías. En verano, sus 40 hectáreas de parque son ideales para pasear.

If you are looking for an authentic chateau hotel experience while visiting Fontainebleau and/or Vicomte, this is the place to be. The owners did a fantastic job with the period decor for the inside and rooms of the chateau. The outside park area is something that you would see in pictures. The hosts were very accommodating in greeting us and helpful with an introduction to the layout of the chateau. The rooms were very spacious, with the only drawback being the shower has no curtains/glass and has one of those handheld contraptions causing a good amount of water to get on the floor (the lack of experience in using these probably does not help either). There a few restaurants available in the area that the front desk can reserve for you. Overall, highly recommend staying at this location because it's a memory you can have for the rest of your life. Hats off to the owners and a well run hotel

Located just down the road from Fountainebleau, this lovely chateau is a treat to even visit. |The location is great as you have the privacy of the chateau, but are only a short drive from town (you can even walk into the village) and the palace. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and are happy to share the history of the chateau. The entire property is well maintained, and we found our room to be spacious and comfortable. They have been able to maintain the chateau's charm, while still offering all the modern amenities you would want.|We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Très joli château, énormément de charme, bien entretenu et bien conservé.
Le parc est immense et splendide.
L'emplacement est idéal et très calme, loin de toute nuisance sonore.
Un excellent choix pour organiser un événement privé haut de gamme.
