Faultless customer service, from the moment I checked in, to the quality of room service, entertaining and attentive barman, informative concierge and quick check-out. The hotel is centrally located, while the rooms are perfectly equipped, with the most comfortable sheets/duvet/pillows one can ever wish for. I look forward to my next visit.

This time, I was a little bit disappointed. The room was not clean (trash in the shower, and in the trash before checkin). Sofitel in other countries are perfect.

Edit: The hotel offered us late checkout in order to apologize which was very appreciated.
I believe that next stay will be 5 star.

I have really enjoyed by stay here at the Scribe! The staff is truly amazing. Every single person here is very friendly and speaks English very well! Eve the concierge has been so helpful to make our stay very special- even via email before we arrived. She arranged a fantastic massage for my husband and I in their wellness center. The masseuse was absolutely wonderful if you are needing some relaxation on your visit to Paris! Finally, Christophe took wonderful care of us at breakfast each morning. He provided great recommendations and always was so welcoming.
Great hotel! We really enjoyed our visit and stay.

J'ai pris un petit déjeuner ; le service était excellent, le personnel attentionné, gentil et très professionnel. Un grand merci Vallou et ses équipes (Anna-Mary, Sandy…), une expérience mémorable à réitérer !
Le buffet était varié et les produits très frais.

入住和退房行李都沒有要幫忙搬的意思，入住時房間還沒好，說會打電話通知也沒有通知。隔音很差房間很小。房間打掃的很隨便，其中一天甚至到下午四點還沒打掃，水也不幫忙重裝。早餐每一天都完全一樣，還好只住了三天。點了Room service上的食物（薯條 Pizza）都是冷的，還要加價15歐，還好是用酒店給的$100抵用金。

Je suis un habitué de l'hôtel. Il est d'abord bien situé et correspond à mes attentes en matière de qualité et de standing. Il y a ensuite le personnel qui est particulièrement très attentif et efficace. Mathias, Toufik et les autres collaborateurs chargés des bagages et des services à l'extérieur de l'hôtel sont absolument charmants et efficaces. Le personnel de la réception l'est également. Dimitri au bar, outre d'être physionomiste, réalise de très bon cocktails.

This hotel has a very good location. Pricing was reasonable and the room was very clean. The room that we had chosen was very small though. Nevertheless, we had a good experience and a great stay in the hotel during our first visit to Paris. It was memorable.

Our stay at Sofitel Le Scribe was awesome from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by the manager Michel. He helped us with our bags, and as we got their before check in time he gave us recommendations for the area with a great food hall nearby. It was within steps of the opera, the Galleries Lafayette and some nice cafes. It was also right next to a train station that lead directly to areas like the arc de triomphe and Disneyland Paris. The room itself was also amazing with a great view of the architecture of the area. Service at the hotel was very attentive throughout our stay. This hotel was one of the top memories from our trip.

Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra is a very nice hotel. The room was sheek, and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. The bath was spacious and functional. The location is perfect with many local attractions, shoping, and restaurants within walking distance. The Hotel has an attached restaurant and bar which serves excellent French cuisine and, with a little couching, was able to create a fine dirty martini. I highly recommend this hotel!

Sofitel Opéra Le Scribe is an unbelievable hotel and an incredible value. Service is amazing, rooms are huge especially by Paris standards, and location is perfect. Breakfast is excellent. Cannot recommend this hotel enough

Excellent hospitality! I have travelled all over Europe and I must say The Sofitel Le Scribe Opera is the best! we stayed several times and find it consistently exceptional, besides the beautiful hotel, the staff made a difference,Thank you! what fantastic service! from the moment you arrived in the car through all of our stay the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Special thanks to Valentina and Tania at the front desk who booked us the same room we previously stayed. The Jr Suite 240, a very nice bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival in the suite. Thank you!
Excellent location walk to Galeries Lafayette Paris, right at the center of Paris easy to go anywhere you need to be.
The breakfast was also fantastic!
I will definitely recommend Sofitel Scribe to all my friends.

Amazing amazing hotel. You are in the true city center where you are 1-2km away from everything. You can stay here a week and find new spots, new restaurants, and, of course, right by Lafayette. My only complaint is that housekeeping is very stingy with water and condiments. Great service and another sofitel that does not disappoint ????

Tombé dessus par hasard, film sur la ville de paris, intéressant, culturel, nous y sommes allés en famille avec des enfants, pas de regrets..pas très connus, a faire.
