Best coffee in Paris, almost as good as Melbourne! A true cappuccino & flat white. Scone was also very good.

J’ai pris un iced latte absolument délicieux : velouté, riche en saveurs, un vrai plaisir à déguster. En revanche, quelques petits détails ont un peu gâché l’expérience : le gobelet à emporter n’était pas rempli entièrement, ce qui est un peu frustrant vu le prix. De plus, aucun sirop de sucre n’était disponible, et comme chacun sait, le sucre en poudre ne se dissout pas dans les boissons froides. Dommage, car avec un peu plus d’attention aux détails, l’expérience aurait été parfaite.

トイレあり????めっちゃいい雰囲気のカフェ。アイスラテコクあっておいしい????レッチリとか流れていて外国人多め。店内は80%パソコンウォーカー、座るところが少し。タバコが大丈夫な人は外の席でもいいかも。パリの典型的なカフェに飽きた人におすすめなカフェ。

I've tried Kibingo Oro, Urundi, a bean for filtered coffee. Can't praise it enough, it was delicious. A bit on the pricey side, €18 for 250g (and that's the cheapest bean they got), but definitely worth it.

However the shop itself is run terribly. A couple of times I was refused a V60….on the weekend…with almost no people in there because “we need to keep things running smoothly.” Whatever, I can ignore that.
Today was another level. The shop had maybe 15 people in it most of whom had drinks. No one else in the queue. Was quoted 15 minutes for an espresso when there are 3 baristas. As a coffee shop not a cafe this is ridiculous. A place like Partisan can have 50 people in the queue and the espresso comes out in 5 minutes. Lazy staff who treats the shop as a place to chill not to serve the coffee people want nor on time.
