Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel, la ubicación es muy buena ya que tiene estaciones de metro muy cerca así como Montmartre. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, y el servicio es muy amable y atento. Tienen en lobby panesitos y café, entre otras cosas de cortesía. Lo único es que el último nivel no cuenta con elevador, pero fuera de eso todo excelente.

Nous y avons séjourné 4 jours au mois de mai et avons connu de nombreux déboires :
- Fuite dans la salle de bain (pas d'information sur la résolution)
- odeur d'égout dans 2 chambres sur 3
- ascenseur en panne pendant 3 jours
- petit déjeuner peu varié
Aucun geste commercial pour compenser. Nous n'y reviendrons plus malgré un emplacement intéressant.

We had a wonderful stay at this budget friendly hotel. It is very conveniently located - between the St George and Pigalle metro stations and with a bus stop right in front. The free coffee and snacks in the afternoons/ evenings really helped when we did not feel like going out after a long day of sightseeing. The reception staff and housekeeping staff were all exceptionally friendly and helped all they could with advice and assistance. We left our luggage in the luggage storage room until our flight in the evening, no problems at all and very safe (they gave us a ticket with our bag number). I will without any doubt stay here again. Beds were very comfortable (we had twin rooms) and the room was very neat with more than enough towels and even a bathrobe and slippers. We did not have to use Uber of taxis once - the hotel is close enough to public transport - we walked with our luggage to and from St Georges metro station. There are various options for dinner in the street of the hotel - just left out the front door is a very nice pizza restaurant, but there are quite a lot.

The room was very clean and - though I chose the small single room - it is well designed.|Breakfast was good and the lobby's free bar is a nice option.|Staff was friendly and responsive.|The location is also quite attractive if you're interested in street art and cool eateries.

Spent 2 wonderful nights at the hotel, 29 Apr - 1 May. The hotel staff we interacted with from the reception to breakfast area were helpful and friendly. It’s also very thoughtful of them to allocate one of our rooms to a more spacious room, which gives extra comfort to my older parents. The rooms were clean and equipped with variety of drinks. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was just nice. We enjoyed their breakfast and the open bar. It’s just a 5 mins walk to metro. I’d also like to thank the hotel for fulfilling my request for a street view room.

good transport links to navigate tourist spots. lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. good size room with nice view and spotlessly clean. good breakfast selection and free drinks and snacks throughout the day. would recommend and will return.

We had a great stay in the Hotel George. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet. The location is also very good in walking distance to Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. Metro station is nearby. Many nice restaurants and cafes in the area. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Notamment le petit buffet gratuit est très agréable au retour d’une journée chargée dans Paris. |Le quartier est animé avec plein de brasseries et restaurants, le métro en bas de la rue. Leuk hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel in een hele gezellige wijk. Kamers zijn prima met gratis minibar. En beneden in de lobby is er een gratis snackcorner. Kortom, dit hotel is een absolute aanrader.

Wir sind froh, dieses Hotel in Paris gefunden zu haben und haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man wird mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Der Check in ging schnell. Das Doppelzimmer war so wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind in Paris klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es war sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf die Straße. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man kaum etwas von der Straße. |Im Badezimmer steht Seife und Duschbad zur Verfügung. |Jeden Tag wird kostenlos die Minibar mit Getränken (Wasser, Apfelsaft und Pepsi) nachgefüllt.|Von Nachmittags bis Abends gibt es auch im Eingangsbereich des Hotels eine "Open Bar". Dort kann man sich aus dem Kühlschrank ebenfalls etwas zu trinken nehmen sowie Tee/Kaffee und es gibt kleine Croissants, abgepackte Minikuchen, Nüsse, Kekse und Riegel.|Außerdem gibt es ebenfalls in der Lobby einen Kicker und einen Basketball Korb. ||Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. 400 m zu Fuss zum Bus oder Metro. Mit dem Bus Nummer 30 kann man z.B. direkt zum Triumpbogen oder zum Eiffelturm fahren. Bus Nummer 54 fährt zum Bahnhof Gare l'Est. Die Busse fahren aller paar Minuten...ein Traum.

Brilliant stay at the Hotel George Astotel over Easter 2025. Family of four with two conjoined rooms. Service was excellent, rooms clean, free drinks and snacks, close to a metro station and surrounded by great bistros. Would come back again.

J'avais réservé pour ma belle-fille qui fêtait son anniversaire. Ils ont été enchantés. Personnel très agréable, bon petit déjeuner. Belle chambre avec belle vue.

Ce qui marque le plus dans un séjour est la façon dont on est accueilli ! Je remercie Sarah pour son accueil souriant et chaleureux ! Merci aussi au reste du personnel tout aussi accueillant que ce soit le soir tout comme au petit déjeuner! Chambre a été très confortable et très propre y compris la pièce d’eau. L’équipe est à l’écoute de ses clients, c’est très agréable ! Petit point négatif : profondeur du bureau à qui il manque un petit 20cm pour pouvoir y travailler correctement. First of all, Hotel George is a nice option, walkable to a number of attractions and metros, however, there were some glaring issues during my recent 8-night stay that I feel are necessary to make known. ||Pros-|1. Easily walkable to Pigalle and Saint-Georges metro stations, Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre and Moulin Rouge.|2. Great staff, easily accessible for questions, requests, etc.|3. Full breakfast including cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt, meat, cheeses, eggs, etc.|4. Clean rooms, with daily housekeeping|5. Complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby plus a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks (non-alcoholic) in the room. ||Cons-|1. Very hard bed in my room (#506) - I got very little sleep during my 8 night stay which ruined my trip. My back hurt due to the mattress and I got a *little* relief by using an additional pillow for support.|2. Noisy neighbours in the upstairs room till 1am on several of my nights.|3. Slow elevator in the hotel, which prompted a lot of guests to use the (uncarpeted) stairs at all hours. My room was very close to the stairs and elevator which made it additionally prone to noise.|4. Bathroom lacked shampoo, conditioner and body/hand lotion. There was a bottle of hand soap beside the sink and one in the shower, for washing. Fortunately, I brought shampoo and conditioner since hand soap is not meant for hair washing.||Overall, Hotel George is a cheaper (but not cheap) option that is in a great neighbourhood and offers many wonderful benefits, as listed above. My experience, unfortunately, was awful due to my lack of sleep, which negatively impacted every aspect of my trip. Therefore, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel unless you like hard beds and noisy hallways/stairs. In reading reviews from years past, I noticed that both the mattress issue and hallway noise is not new and it seems they have done nothing to remedy the problems which is very disappointing.

Rooms had everything we needed and guest services were so friendly and spoke good English. Very helpful with our questions. Mini bar at reception was a welcome treat with kids (3pm onwards) and free water/juice in the room every day. Rooms were very clean and hotel location was excellent for Moulin Rouge, 9th district and some of the major attractions. Typically French view with window boxes and tall windows.

Great Stay at Hotel George – Wonderful Staff and Location!

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel George and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood full of charm, with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.

While the rooms are on the smaller side, they were very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the cleanliness really stood out.

What truly made our stay special was the staff—especially Savoeun at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. His warm demeanor made a lasting impression on both of us.

Overall, Hotel George offers great value, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier service. We’d happily stay here again!

Vlakbij Moulin Rouge. Heel leuk hotel, zeker om met pubers heen te gaan. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Bij aankomst stond een hapje een drankje klaar. Zalige uitvalsbasis. We gaan zeker terug!

The rooms are small, but well-appointed and quiet. I was very satisfied with the bathroom with its excellent water pressure and ample towels. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for me as it is right on the 12 Metro line with convenient access to Montmartre and many restaurants within walking distance, particularly Asian cuisine.

We were pleased with our stay at the Hotel George. We got in late but with 24 hour reception this wasn’t an issue. The room was clean and adequate for what we paid. It was a bit warm when we visited in March but the full doors to the Juliet balconies as well as the AC rectified that easily. The only downside was how small the shower was but I expect to get that most places in Europe. Only two blocks to the Metro and so many great coffee shops, restaurants, cheese shops, wine shops, etc in the area. Quiet at night even facing the street. And I felt safe in the area.
