This is what an elevated neighborhood bistrot has to be: creative/modern, but classically influenced cuisine with a menu that changes daily, really affordable prices, lively, but cozy and appropriate atmosphere, really friendly service (that is fully capable to speak English) and just a lot of character! Not touristy at all, this still feels like a local place for the people in the know.

Advice: While everything has been perfect, the soufflé was just really really potent on alcohol. Tasted like you just drank three shots...

Depuis le temps c'est devenu une institution méritée.

⏳ Sometimes time stands still, and it's wonderful. That's exactly the feeling you get at Pantruche - it's quintessentially Parisian, and it's just perfect. ???? The welcome is warm and jovial, making you feel right at home. The decor exudes the charm of a traditional Parisian bistro, meticulously curated. ????️ For starters, I went with the mussel ravioli, followed by the Iberian pork pluma. Absolute delights! ???????? Such a superb find, but why did I only discover it now? It's crazy! ???? A gem of an address that I'll definitely be returning to. ????

Service was excellent and the restaurant is lovely, but the food needs work. The potato dish was the surprise star. The beef was lacking in flavor (the accompanying gnocchi were nice, but there were only five of them); the duck dish was marred by a strongly floral paste of some kind that nearly burned the tongue and made every other bite distinctly unpleasant. The soufflé tasted only of scrambled eggs. The chocolate cake was very good.

There is much better food to be found in Paris. Better to keep it classic than to make a failed attempt at creativity.

C'est une adresse excellente un accueil disponible et chaleureux une cuisine délicieuse et soignée. Les choix les plus populaires souvent terminés il convient de passer la commande au moment d'arriver. Très peu qui peut déranger un repas ici.
