Beautiful classic French design in an intimate setting. The rooms are lovely, and well-appointed.||The hotel staff were lovely. ||The concierge were outstanding.||Housekeeping prompt, efficient, thorough.||We tried to pack light and used laundry, no issues and timely delivery.||Quiet, despite being just off Champs Élysées. ||Walkable to great shops, Place de Concorde, Eiffel Tower (20ish minutes), Seine, Arc de Triomphe, etc. We did a casual walk to the Louvre in 30 minutes. Safe and accessible area.||Depending which way you venture from the hotel (I.e., away from tourist attractions), knowing some French is helpful. Do not assume everyone speaks English. You should at least learn some basics, as a courtesy and for ease of communicating (and respect).||The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the showers (old school, vintage, charming but an adventure! Some rooms might have modern showers, ours did not), and the bar/restaurant was lackluster. We love a proper upscale hotel bar with great hours. It could be we went just before the busy season, but some of the staff need to learn the beauty of gauging a room, and quieting service when the place is empty (I.e. flair bartending doesn’t fit, save it for trendy bars).||But, the wine list, although small, was great. Cocktails were good. We didn’t eat there a lot but the food was good when we did.||Room service was also great. ||They took great care of us on our 10yr wedding anniversary.||Thank you, Hotel Lancaster! C’est très bien. A recommendation from my brother - fantastic location and rooms, and the star of this hotel is the staff. Each person at the Lancaster is 5-Star. Amazing stay from start to finish…thank you for making our trip to Paris such a beautiful one.

I used to somewhat enjoy this hotel and actually stayed there a couple of times. During my last visit, I had the DND sign on and HK still walked in on me. I complained to the front desk and she said there was no way they could enter if the DND sign was on as their keys don’t work in that case.

Not even 24hrs later I came in with many bags and the doorman helped me with them to my room. He arrived at the door before me as I took the elevator and he took the stairs, and used his key to access my room although the DND sign was… still… on…

Which means the woman at the front desk lied about not being able to access the room when the DND sign was on.

the valet at the entrance called me a taxi, apparently they know each other, he told me it was the hotel taxi, a tunisian guy gray Mercedes, I had confidence once I arrived at the airport, he told me 90 euros since it was reserved by the hotel, is this normal? I was like wtf dude it's not my first time in Paris especially at Lancaster I don't understand

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location just off the Champs-Élyseés. Fabulous staff who could not do enough for us. Breakfast was really lovely. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. We would definitely stay here when in Paris again.

Unul dintre cele mai frumoase si cochete hoteluri in care am stat. Totul este aranjat foarte frumos, tipic frantuzesc. Am optat pentru o camera mare si a fost minunat. Ne-am simtit foarte bine. Mancarea este exceptionala! Ne vom intoarce cu drag!

J’ai emmené mon copain pour son anniversaire au spa situé au dernier étage de l’hôtel avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel. Nous nous sommes très bien fait accueillir, l’endroit était sublime et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi avec une petite coupe de champagne ainsi que de la vue qui nous était proposée. Les masseuses sont ensuite arrivées pour 1h de pure détente. Un moment très intimiste parfait pour offrir !

An exceptional hotel, with first class staff who go above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms are spacious and the bed and linen were so comfortable. Breakfast was first class and, again, the waiting staff was so professional. The location is very central and close to so many attractions. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our time here. We were traveling from Canada with our 15mo old which is definitely an experience. Once we landed and got to the hotel the room was ready early, the crib/cot was ready for our little guy and they even had a plushie for him along with baby moisturizers and such.

We had no problem w/ the carriage / pram and the hotel has an elevator. Our little guy enjoyed exploring all over. Just a minute or two to Champs-Élysées and very quiet from road noise.

Breakfasts were great! We didn't any other room service but you can have it to your room or in the main restaurant.

I would say there can be some room noise but not more than we experienced elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend, it's also an AMEX Fine Hotels property so there are perks too if you book through that. We will definitely be back again.

SEJOUR PLUS QUE PARFAIT : Tous d'abord un vrai plus que d'avoir pu profiter d'un moment de détente dans un charmant patio arboré et calme pour y déguster de fabuleux cocktails (je recommande le "tiramisu"
L' ensemble du personnel (de l'accueil, serveur, barmaid, jusqu'au room service) est trés courtois et disponible. Nous avons réservé une chambre Deluxe et je tiens à vous remercier chaleureusement pour le surclassement en suite (ainsi que toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée), la propreté irréprochable, la literie très confortable et un petit déjeuner surprenant et délicieux.

Nous avons passé une superbe nuit dans cet hôtel, le service est avenant et chaleureux. Nous avons profité de l’ambiance exceptionnelle du bar avec des cocktails fait sur mesure et des serveurs passionnés et très agréables. Le service est exceptionnel, allez-y les yeux fermés !

J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel à Paris. Un véritable havre de paix en plein cœur de la ville, où le raffinement et l’élégance se mêlent à un service impeccable. La décoration est sublime, l’atmosphère feutrée et le personnel aux petits soins. Une expérience inoubliable, à renouveler sans hésitation !

Nous sommes venus, ma compagne et moi, pour l'activité "Cocon Privé", afin de profiter du spa et d'un massage. Tout était parfait, nous étions aux anges et espérons vivement revenir.

You really have to be careful with your belongings ! My sunglasses went missing in the lobby ( I came back to the hotel wearing them I still have the photos from the footage) however the stuff working didn’t take my claim seriously! Promising to help but nothing for days…
Beautiful hotel however the staff should be more considerate and offer solutions rather than ignoring or postponing…
Security and honesty should be the first value of any 5 stars hotels …

I got finally the footage after we left ( because I wasn’t seriously and I had to speak to the manger who was really kind and helpful) I never got back my sunglasses…

Hotel and Staff were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and typically Parisian in decor, however the rooms (we had a deluxe room, and would highly recommend this), were spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed is one of the comfiest I've slept on. The staff were warm, , helpful, inviting and so lovely to deal with. The lady on the desk helped us find tickets for Crazy Horse (13th Feb), even though they were sold out online, and the seats were excellent. She also went above and beyond to help with the rest of our stay. We received a few lovely touches including flowers in the room. Overall, a fantastic experience. We cannot wait to come back. With perfect location to the shopping on the Champs-Élysées, you cannot go wrong. Thank you to everyone that works there. Doing an awesome job.

My stay at Lancaster Paris was absolutely delightful and unforgettable! The staff provided amazing service, and I loved the decor in our signature suite. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. We had a large balcony with proper seating and a table, which was a great addition. The room was very clean as well.

The food was exceptional! We particularly enjoyed the in-room dining, especially breakfast. The spa experience was also wonderful. Even though it was a rainy day, staying in the hotel room felt cozy and inviting. We were welcomed with drinks and macarons, which was such a lovely touch. I was beyond satisfied with my experience!
