Royal Monceau Paris is a great hotel with outstanding rooms and great staff.

As a Diamond member this was the worst Accor stay every. Beautiful property but very incompetent staff. The minute we stepped in they managed to check us in in a total different room and let us know after 30 minutes latter about their mistake and made us move rooms. The entire stay we were getting wrong information and it started with "butler" Isabel. A very unpleasant check out as well because of wrong information we received when we checked in.
There are so many great hotels in Paris and no one should ever stay here and ruin their vacation. A 5 star hotel and 1 star service.

Absolutely superb experience at the Raffles RM! This was my second visit here and there is no kinder or more welcoming staff than at this hotel. They make you feel welcome, there is no snobbery, but a feeling of making you feel at home for the time you are there. There are so many great hotels in Paris but this will be my favorite because of the warm welcome from the minute you enter the doors. ||The hotel is beautiful. The minute you walk in it is so classy, warm but also quite artistic. The bar is so fun and vibrant at anytime, with a good vibe. They seem to prioritize guests in the hotel and we never had any problem getting a table or seat at any time even when busy. ||We used the gym everyday. I love that gym so much! It has a lovely pool where you can do laps in. The change rooms had a steam sauna, a dry sauna and a cold plunge (just in the women’s change room! Sorry gentlemen!). I loved getting our workouts in while on vacation. It was a treat to have a gym that didn’t look like a hotel gym. It was stunning, clean and there was always staff around to help you. ||Specifics: The breakfast is outstanding, as is the gym. The rooms are modern and fun but with the best linens and most comfortable beds. Showers perfect with amazing water pressure (you have ruined us for home!). The housekeeping staff are meticulous and also very sweet. We arrived and were a bit disoriented from jet lag. We left the room after a quick shower to get dinner and the lovely lady doing the turndown service gave us a lecture to lock our passports and put our money away. We did neither that first night but how lovely she was to care about our security. Her name was Rhael so please thank her from us. We didn’t see her again but appreciated her honestly and her concern for us. We were lucky to have someone so trustworthy cleaning after us! The assistant manager and butler both escorted us to our room. And the lovely cake for my birthday and the decorations that were in our room upon arrival made me so happy. You went out of your way for us to make our visit so special. I told you in December I would be back with my husband and I was true to my word. You were equally true to your high standards and exceptional service. We will be back!

I recently stayed at Royal Monceau and had high expectations given its reputation and category. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet the standards one would expect from a luxury establishment.

I booked directly through the hotel, and my requests for an early check-in and two separate beds were confirmed by the booking agent. However, upon arrival, the room was not ready and I was asked to wait in the lobby—with no offer to assist with my luggage. By 3 PM, the room was still unavailable, and I only received the key around 4 PM.

Despite the confirmation, the room had not been set up with two separate beds. Basic amenities such as towels, glasses, a coffee machine, and a kettle were also missing and had to be requested separately. At one point, room service entered the room immediately after knocking, without waiting for a response—a clear lapse in privacy.

While the bedding was comfortable, sleep quality was compromised. The curtains were not blackout, allowing significant light in from outside, and the room phone emitted a persistent bright light with no option to turn it off. I had to physically cover the phone to reduce the disturbance.

To conclude, the front desk staff appeared undertrained. At check-out, no one asked how my stay had been, nor did they offer to arrange a taxi—small gestures that are typically standard in high-end hospitality.

On a positive note, the spa facility was very pleasant and well-maintained, offering a welcome moment of relaxation during the stay.

There were some redeeming aspects, but overall, the experience fell short of the level of service and attention to detail expected at a hotel of this caliber.

La suite était très spacieuse et confortable.
Compliment spécial pour Le personnel de service en chambre efficace serviable et extrêmement gracieux
Un seul regret : le refus strict à ma demande d acquérir 2 ou 4 verres à vin (customises Cocteau ) identiques à ceux mis à disposition en chambre.
Ma demande ne m avait pas semblé si extraordinaire que cela.

An unforgettable visit thanks to Léa Uettwiller as she was more than happy to accommodate our needs and meet our expectations. This has to be one of the Top 5 hotels in Paris! I am sure this will become a family favourite, from the rooms to the bar and the luxurious spa and beauty treatments available we were treated as expected at a 5* and look forward to staying in the future.

Établissement pas digne d’un palace. Ignorance totale de la femme ! Je ne sais pas comment appelez cela ?! Un manque de respect et encore. Un service déplorable. Un manque de communication. Les faits ont été signalés à plusieurs reprises mais à priori les messages ne passent pas. Suite à des échanges effectués avec la directrice héberge ment son adjointe la réception personne n’a la même version
Clairement une honte. Madame n’a pas le droit à un simple bonjour !
On l’ignore tout simplement ! Est ce la politique de l’hôtel ? Je n’utiliserai pas le terme palace car c’est une aberration d’être traité de la sorte. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement. Pour un établissement membre de chez Accor c’est une honte et nous sommes des clients fidèles.

Such a beautiful property with fabulous art throughout. The location is perfect and in the heart of everything on a quiet street within walking distance to many museums and attractions. We found the employees to be so personable and welcoming. Our breakfast always started with a warm greeting from Monjour. He was amazing and we really looked forward to sharing our daily agenda with him. He’s a real gem! We felt pampered and left well rested from the elaborate accommodations with the most tranquil bed ever. Pressed linens were impressive. Truly our favorite hotel on our trip. Thank you for a phenomenal stay.

Last week, I had an extremely pleasant experience at the « Le Bar Long », of the Royal Monceau. |I was deeply impressed by the beauty of the setting and the quality of the services offered.|I would like to thank particularly Cindy and Nadim, as well as the rest of the team, for their kindness and hospitality. |I will undoubtedly return to this beautiful establishment, which I highly recommend to anybody looking for most agreeable and charming location in Paris.

Quelle déception! ce buffet petit-déjeuner par rapport à celui que nous avions fait en décembre 2022 et que nous faisons régulièrement depuis 4 ans.
En 1 an le prix a été augmenté de 22% (et oui!! De 62€ à 70€) et le service et la qualité et le choix ont malheureusement considérablement diminué dans le même temps.
Ce qui est inadmissible pour un Palace... Et oui plus aucun croissant à 9h45 du matin soit 45 mns avant la fin du service, uniquement 8 parts de flan (très bon d'ailleurs) pour l'ensemble de la matinée (plus aucune part à 9 heures), questions posées aux serveurs restées sans réponse...
On sent une gestion minimaliste des stocks et la diminution réelle de l'offre car l'hôtel recherche à faire un double profit : augmentation du prix et baisse significative de la qualité et du service. Je ne critique pas les serveurs qui font de leur mieux mais il est évident que la Direction a d'autres objectifs commerciaux en tête plutôt que la satisfaction du client.
Il est regrattable que ce palace oublie de mettre le client - QUI PAIE - au centre de tout.
Nous ne reviendrons plus ici alors que nous le recommandions sans cesse à nos amis. Sortons de ce cercle vicieux qui fait que le client paie TOUJOURS plus un service de moindre qualité.
En ce qui me concerne je n'ai aucun souci à payer plus si la prestation ou l'offre proposée est également revalorisée ce qui n'est ABSOLUMENT plus le cas au Royal Monceau. Dommage mais vous perdez ainsi de plus en plus vos clients récurrents.
Pour être tout à fait transparent le responsable du restaurant à qui nous nous sommes adressés pour nous plaindre nous a aimablement offert 2 gâteaux en compensation alors que nous étions 3 personnes au petit-déjeuner... Il nous a avoué ne pas être autorisé à offrir plus de 2 gâteaux... ce qui est quand même décevant et mesquin de la part d'un Palace.
DÉCIDÉMENT tout se perd sauf l'augmentation des prix malheureusement...

Belle expérience dans un lieu raffiné. Le personnel est très professionnel. Le Brunch du nouvel an est une belle proposition culinaire. Particulièrement les desserts ! Les mets sont bien sûr à volonté ainsi que les boissons. Le petit plus pour un palace ce jour-là : le bar à cocktail.
