The location is very good. Near everything and it's very easy to get an Uber from there if you don't like walking. Theres an elevator which is a bonus. The must of this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and very, very kind. We been dealt with by Talisson e Francesca. Thier kindness makes me want to come back. Thank you
It can be preferred for affordable accommodation in Paris. If you choose the room with a balcony, you will be happier. because it is bigger. In general, the rooms are only suitable for sleeping in the evening. moulin rouge and montmarte are very close within walking distance.
Je retournerai sans doute à l’hôtel ! Le chambre est propre, le petit déjeuner était savoureux et Francesca est d’une efficacité surprenante à la réception. Je remercie l’ensemble de l’équipe de l’hôtel
DON'T, AVOID !!!!!
1 - Had a room in the 2nd floor, it's full of dust, you can't breathe, everything is prehistoric old
2 - Reception doesn't care about guests, had to complain about the shower handle issue, it was just written on a piece of paper and never taken care of
3 - Zero privacy, reception keeps eyeing you wherever you go
4 - If you're gonna reply to my comment by copy/pasting from somewhere like you did to all the other comments and like you small dusty 2 star hotels always do, just don't, it's obvious to everybody that you don't care about the customer, you just want the money
PS : Bring your own water, they charge you 3x the price for a tiny bottle
Definitely don’t recommend, zero privacy, had a room in the second floor it’s all dirty and mushy, this is definitely a 2 stars hotel maximum, franceska at the reception ignored us kept talking portuguese with her friend there while we were waiting to ask for directions.
UPDATE : Wrong, she ignored us and kept talking with a person that works there, not a guest
Of course you wouldn't find a reservation under my name, we use usernames here, or are you just copy pasting the replies ?
I had a great time in Paris thanks to the professionalism and support of the hotel. Shout out to Francesca and Aurélie in the reception that were always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Thank you!
Probably the worst hotel in the area, dusty, pricey even though it’s low quality, beds are rock solid you can’t sleep on them, can’t breathe well in the rooms, front desk Francesca hands you the key without even looking at you, and asks for them rudely when going out. Definitely don’t recommend
Nu vor sa te cazeze in situația in care calatoresc 2 adulti si un copil de 3 ani. Iti cer camera separata pentru copli/alt adult. In condițiile in care nu e necesar pat separat pentru copil, acesta dormind cu noi in pat. Menționez ca era vorba de cameră dubla premium
Reduction for the parking Paris Gare Saint-Lazare doesn’t work at all.
Booked a room with a bath. They give us a room with only a shower.
At the lobby they say we didn’t mention our choice, is what they see in their system. At the end they give in to give a room with a bath. I’m questioning what a 4* hotel nowadays means. It was narrow and the rooms are very cold when you walk in. When you check out they give you a ticket for a reduction at the nearest parking. Parking Station Saint Lazare. Didn’t work.
We needed to be in the neighbour but it’s the last time for this one.
First, Francesca is a GEM!???? She is very friendly & helpful. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. There are at least five different metro lines within a 5-8 minute walk. The rooms are small but very well thought out. We opted for the room with a balcony but didn't use it because it was chilly in December, and we were on the go and didn't find the time. It was, however, lovely. My primary & pretty much only issue was that our bed was extremely HARD! We didn't get a good night's sleep because we were accustomed to such a firm mattress.
