I think we choose one of the best hotels in this area,we had a great room with a view towards Église de la Madeleine and the Eiffel tower. If you choose this hotel you are in a safe area, 10 minutes of walking from Place de la Concorde, Jardin des Tuilleries, Opéra Garnier, Galerries Lafayette, 15 min place Vendôme, Palais Royal and Louvre. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was amazing,very good, although there is not a restaurant in the hotel we could enjoy the dinner in our room (very fast room service). Thank you for making this trip amazing ????

The room was wonderful and I didn’t experience issues with noise on the first floor. The room size was good (as a single person), as were the separate toilet and shower. The breakfast is delightful, especially the daily basket of croissants and baguettes. The receptionists were absolutely amazing. Sarah and Agatha went above and beyond to help me when I had an emergency and displayed exceptional customer service. I hope they are recognised for their service. Fanny was also very kind and welcoming. The location is in a perfect spot with a lovely bistro next door. My new favourite hotel in Paris - I will definitely be back.

Tout était parfait sauf le bruit !
Personnel de réception particulièrement aimable et souriant
Chambre soignée, très propre avec une jolie vue sur la Madeleine.
Emplacement parfait, Madeleine, Concorde, Faubourg St Honoré…
En revanche, la situation fait qu’il y a de la circulation toute la nuit…les vitres sont double vitrages mais mériteraient d’être doublées.

Fantástico hotel estuvimos estas navidades felicitar a todo el staf por su profesionalidad la limpieza de las habitaciones es impecable todo cuidado al detalle nos sirvieron el desayuno en la habitación a la hora requerida y un desayuno variado y de calidad ,la recepción son encantadores y la habitación espléndida con vistas a paris impagables un 10 todo excelente

La habitación para 3 no es ni de lejos para 3 personas. Es enana, la cama supletoria muy incómoda, la primera noche pasé mucho frío ya que no pusieron nada para abrigarse, lo tuve que pedir al día siguiente y ni siquiera pusieron el nórdico sino que ahí plegadito y ya te apañarás.
La cama principal está arriba en una buhardilla y con una escalera bastante empinada. El baño en la planta de abajo pequeño y imposible de compartir ya que no hay espacio para colocar nada, la bañera es alta con riesgo de caerse y dificultad para entrar, además al salir tiene mucho peligro. La mampara no protege y se inunda el suelo, la pica se inunda y el agua caliente dura máximo 5 minutos con lo que no se pueden duchar las 3 personas. El precio (+de 300 euros) la habitación. Para mí lo único bueno es la situación. Por la web parece una cosa y es otra.

這是在巴黎旅程住的第三間酒店，這間的服務態度是最良好的。每位職員十分親切有禮！是誠懇的～感覺在巴黎很難得！讚！

酒店位置很方便，出入可以認着地標：瑪德蓮廣場。這裏步行往老佛爺和春天百貨都很方便。可惜我們住在一樓，比較嘈吵。整體房間環境舒適，雖然不算很新淨。
我們第二朝早機離開，酒店幫我們預call的士，十分方便。

Madeleine Plaza Hotel is the best choice to spend the most beautiful moments in Paris. I stayed in room 602 and had the most beautiful view of the city. From the balcony you could see the Eiffel Tower and Place Concorde. From the hotel you can easily reach any part of the city, because the Madeleine metro station is near the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and this made me very happy. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the customers. I give 5 stars for this wonderful hotel.

2 nuits passées dans cet hôtel chambre très correcte et propre sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage je réserverai le même endroit. Un grand merci au Personnelles qui est très accueillant et agréable bravo ????????
