Excellent hôtel, service parfait, confort et propreté, juste les chambres côté rue du 1er étage sont bruyante- problème phonique pour douche et canalisations depuis le restaurant, sinon hôtel à recommander grandement, bravo ????

Nous avons été très surpris d'apprendre qu'il n'y avait pas de restaurant dans votre établissement. Malheureuse, cette information nous l'avons eu à notre arrivée. Sur votre site, vous laissez entendre qu'il y en a un. Pour le reste, l'hôtel est bien. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance nous avons été installer au premier étage donc une suite sombre avec énormément de vis a vis. Dommage.
Pour être honnête je trouve le prix élevé même avec l'effet Covid.

The hotel and staff were great. I had two issues that brought the rating down. First I arranged a transfer from the airport to the hotel through the concierge and was told the round trip would be $180 Euros. When I received the bill it was $200Euros. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told there was a $20 upcharge because the return pick up was at 7:00am. It was never mentioned on the original quote. Secondly - When I checked in, I was informed that I would have to depart the hotel for airport before the breakfast that I had prepaid would be available. When I asked for a refund, I was told they would not refund but would pack a boxed breakfast for the early 7:00am trip to the airport. They did not pack the boxed breakfast or refund the amount.
