We did the 1-hour guided cruise and it was a mess. Because this company doesn’t pre-book ticket times, you’re subject to waiting in a long queue close to sunset. We had the bad luck of being some of the last people on the boat, which meant there was absolutely nowhere to sit outside.
The views inside are very limited. If you can tell you’re going to be boarding at the end, I’d recommend trying to wait and catch the next boat, even if it’s 30 minutes later. Sitting inside might have been better with the commentary, but…
Then there was an issue where a large group of people would scream every time we went under a bridge. The tour guide gave repeated warnings for these people to stop, and they never did. So, the tour guide stopped providing commentary ~10 minutes into a 60 minute cruise.
So to sum it up, we waited in a long line to get shoved indoors on a boat, didn’t get the commentary we had hoped for, and had to endure people screaming as we crossed ~15 bridges.
And to add insult to injury, we missed the Eiffel Tower sparkling twice. At 10:00p we were stuck in the queue to board the boat, and at 11:00p, we were stuck trying to disembark the boat, which was extremely chaotic.
Anyway, not everything that happened was the tour operator’s fault but it was a truly terrible experience all around.

Harika bir turdu. Şehir turu yapıyorlar. Tur kişi başı 19 €. Ama kesinlikle değer. Bence herkesin yapması gerekir. 1 saat sürüyor. Önemli bölgelerden geçiyor ve gösteriyor.

Excellent food, service and views. DON’T TAKE THE FRONT OF BOAT OPTION IN THE SUMMER. It is the hottest part of the boat in the sun and my wife and I were covered in sweat by the end of the two hour meal. Disappointing since this was the most expensive ticket, and the rest of the boat was much better ventilated.

Superb experience! We booked the 8:30PM dinner cruise & was thrilled with experience. We had champagne, wine, bread, crab app, filet of beef and frozen trifle. Food was delicious and our server, Quentin, was outstanding. The singer on board was wonderful as well. Worth every penny!

4月に行ったので19時でも日は暮れませんでしたが、船内の雰囲気やサービスもとても素敵で夢のような時間を過ごせました。2人でワイン一本と、乾杯のシャンパンもついてました
お料理も美味しかったです！
私達は満足でしたがせっかくのディナークルーズなら日が暮れているともっと雰囲気がでて良かったかもしれません
日本に帰った今でも写真を見ては余韻に浸って、一生忘れたくない大切な思い出ができました

Creo que todos los cruceros por el Sena son parecidos, pero bueno nosotros escogimos éste.
Fuimos con entradas compradas ya, pero la cola aún así fue de cosa de una hora de espera. De hecho la recomendación de estar 20 minutos antes de la hora para la que se quiera empezar, hubiera resultado en entrar al menos media hora más tarde.
Para poder subir arriba del crucero, que diría que es lo ideal, hay que tener un poco de suerte, ya que no se sabe exactamente cuándo vas a entrar. A nosotros, poniéndonos a la cola alrededor de las nueve, nos valió para entrar de los primeros al barco de las diez.
Queríamos de noche, y estuvo bien, además pillamos los destellos de luces de la Torre Eiffel para salir y para volver, pero esperábamos más luces y colorido en la noche de la ciudad de las luces. En cualquier caso, es una bonita experiencia.

Oplichting! Rijen dik! Blijven tickets verkopen ondanks dat ze deze mensen onmogelijk aan boord kunnen nemen. Pure geldmachine. Kortom tickets kopen en vervolgens geen boottocht.

Fun cruise to check out. Goes from eiffel tower to notre dame and back. Port is right in front of eiffel tower. Easy to find.

Hello I personally will not recommend this because 1 they have a singer looks like 100 km away from music and absolutely no voice
2 In menu says beef with green sauce but coming no sauce 3 asking for well done but serving with blood 4 the windows are very dirty can’t see anything and some of windows smashed 5 the price for 4 course meal not worth because nothing to eat 6 make sure you choose table and you set on your choicen table absolutely not recommend

Comida boa e uma vista linda da torre Eiffel. Mas o serviço deixa um pouquinho a desejar.

Je mets 3 étoiles car la fonction première qui est de visiter Paris à travers la Seine est compris.
Mais se qui en est du reste 0, personnelle infecte l’impression d’être de la marchandise à la chaîne, les pires toilettes que j’ai vu jusqu’à aujourd’hui, une odeur infecte en ressort dans les escaliers, normal vu le sceau rempli d’urine qui est sous l’urinoir, et dans la cabine de l’urine du sol au plafond. Elles devraient tout simplement être fermé.

Das Schiff war gut besucht, aber keinesfalls überfüllt. Oben war es fast voll, unten gab es hingegen viel Platz – ideal, wenn man etwas Abstand zu anderen Gästen sucht. Preislich ist die Tour vergleichbar mit ähnlichen Angeboten in deutschen Städten wie Düsseldorf oder Köln.
Für eine touristische Massenabfertigung empfanden wir die Tour als sehr angenehm und würden sie jederzeit wieder machen.
