Great location. Nice hotel. My primary gripe is the hot water. I could never shower because the water would alternate between cold and scalding hot over and over. I was told it was because my room was on the 5th floor and "it takes awhile for the hot water to travel to the 5th floor." However, my friend on the 1st floor had the same problem. Please fix the water situation. This is a deal breaker for me. Otherwise, all good.

Where to begin. The convenience of the location, cleanliness and overall beauty of the hotel, spacious room (my husband and I booked the deluxe room), and finally the attentiveness of the staff all surpassed our expectations. Everyone including the housekeeping staff were wonderful. Special thank you to Erick, Rachel, Alban, and Anais for assisting in making our stay in Paris magical. The spa and pool area in the underground of the hotel were a great way to relax and refresh after a day of walking around Paris.

Also highly recommend booking on of their massages the hotel spa offers. One of the best massages we have ever had. Cannot wait to return in the future.

Localização perfeita. Espaços pequenos mas muito bonitos e confortáveis. Spa extraordinário. Pessoal muito simpático. Chuveiro deplorável. Falta um lavatório junto da sanita.

My favorite hotel in Paris! A newer design with modern amenities, spacious rooms, and great staff. The spa was the cherry on top.

Je n’ai pas vu les chambres. Il m’a été offert un bon cadeau pour profiter du spa de l’hôtel 1h puis d’un massage de 50min.
Réservation rapide par téléphone. Accueil agréable et rapide. Les lieux sont propres, intimistes et joliment éclairés.
Le massage était parfait. J’ai demandé une bonne pression et d’insister sur les épaules et la masseuse a respecté ce souhait. Les serviettes chaudes appliquées sur certaines parties du corps sont très agréables.
Axes d’amélioration :
- j’ai signalé à une personne qu’il n’y avait plus de thé à disposition dans l’espace spa et c’est resté ainsi.
- je suggérerai des huiles essentielles dans le hammam.

Nice little boutique hotel in a great location - but make sure you book a de luxe room as classic and superior rooms are pretty small. Room 48 is a v nice de luxe room, well equipped and modern. Breakfast is also pretty good. The spa and steam room are included in the price. I would use this hotel again.

This hotel was very quaint and the employees were very kind. We called ahead to see if we could store our luggage for the day and to our surprise our room was ready (and upgraded) when we arrived an hour later! The room was well appointed with nice amenities (robe, slippers, coffee, water) and very clean!

We were able to walk most places we wanted to go, as the hotel was in a good location.

We enjoyed our stay!

Petites attentions du personnel dans le cadre d'un anniversaire, bien apprécié ! ????

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très copieux et il ne faut pas s'attendre à un énorme buffet. Ceci dit les produits proposés sont frais et qualitatifs????

Le lit était super confortable mais les odeurs d'égouts depuis la salle de bain étaient un peu dérangeantes ????

La partie piscine et spa sont très agréables quand il n'y a pas plus de 3 personnes.
C'est petit et cozy mais on le subit quand il y a plus de monde et notamment avec des enfants ????

Belle chambre sur rue, l'isolation n'aura pas suffit à empêcher les multiples réveils du fait des fêtards dans le secteur.

Un accueil professionnel sauf pour le mot déposé sur le lit à un tout autre nom que le nôtre... La réception prévenue au passage n'a pas réagit outre mesure.

Point d'ombre, le petit déjeuner n'est pas qualitatif. On y trouvera de la brioche industrielle de mauvaise qualité et de l'omelette sans assaisonnement, entre autre.

Pour terminer sur une bonne note : le spa est agréable même s'il manque de quoi se savonner après le hammam et avant d'entrer dans la piscine.

Un secteur privilégié pour le tourisme et la découverte de nombreux monuments parisiens.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr bequemen Betten, freundlichem Personal und an einer TOP-Lage!

Incredible experience. We returned to this hotel for a second time without considering other options. The room was spacious and clean, the staff are amazing (every single one of them), and the spa is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

Special regards to Vanessa the hotel manager for making our stay feel extra special.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. I have never been to Paris before and when we arrived we were given a map and recommended many places to visit and other helpful advice. We were also able to store our bags in the hotel until our room was ready and after checkout until our transfer to the airport. The hotel is in an excellent location in my opinion a stone throw away from notre dame.

Les toits de Paris

Très bel hôtel dernièrement restauré avec piscine agréable au sous sol. Personnel très sympathique. Dommage un bar dans la rue est très bruyant surtout le samedi soir.
