Un servicio excelente, concretamente Marie, una red wifi muy buena, desayuno espectacular (para ser París) y una ubicación muy buena.

We stayed at WYLD Saint Germain during Spring break and truly enjoyed the hotel. We booked two rooms and realized that each room was decorated differently, giving each space its own atmosphere.
We found the staff to be extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and, of course, for European standards, fully multilingual. Kudos to the managers, Marie and Kosky, who attended to each of our needs and inquiries. This place is advertised as a 3-star hotel but feels more like a 4-star hotel. The hotel looks new as it has undergone an extensive gut renovation; the rooms are clean, luminous, and with a great view. The hotel also provides a great complimentary breakfast (with a great selection of cheeses that are pretty expensive in our local Whole Foods) if you book early enough before the trip, and it can set you up until the evening.
Try a scavenger hunt around the hotel to find clues about Oscar Wilde, like the room decor, rugs, and the books tucked in on the dining room windowsill, all in a composé as a wink at the rebellious spirit of this place and Latin Quarter. The location is superb: two blocks from the Sorbonne University, the Pantheon, and Notre Dame, in a bohemian/commercially chic area that is very safe.
We love it, and we are coming back.

Le stanze sono piccole, ma hanno tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno, c'è un bollitore per the e caffè, le ciabatte e prodotti da bagno.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile, in particolare Melanie, molto alla mano.
La colazione non troppo varia, ma comunque buona. C'è anche un distributore di bevande, snack e piccoli oggetti (set bagno, cavo USB).
La posizione decisamente buona, vicino ai mezzi pubblici, Pantheon, Notre Dame e pieno di ristoranti e locali notturni. Una buona esperienza.

A la llegada nos atendió una chica muy amable, pero a la hora de ingresar un chico que estaba muy atento a unas chicas y a nosotros no nos dio demasiada información. Teniendo 2 valijas grandes nos dio habitación en 6to piso y el ascensor llega hasta el 5to. La habitación muy chica y sucia los pisos se quedaban pegados los pies de la mugre. Poca intimidad parece habitación de Motel no vale lo que te cobran... el día del check out ni agua caliente para bañarnos había.

Hotel perfetto in posizione strategica a Parigi. Situato in uno dei quartieri più belli (Quartiere Latino), dispone di camere abbastanza piccole, ma con i confort essenziali. Buona pulizia e buona colazione (anche se mi aspettavo una colazione più ricca).

Stayed here for 7 days in March 2024. Reserved directly on their website, free cancellation until 24 hrs prior to stay. Pricing was reasonable and needed a room for 3 people. It is in a great location in the Latin Quarter, close to restaurants, 3-minute walk to Line 10 metro and 10-minute walk to Notre Dame, 3-minute walk to Pantheon. Front desk staff Marie, Melanie and Rudy were very friendly and good. Room and bathroom are kinda small, older building, but service and location are great. Room theme/decor is definitely wild/modern, breakfast is free if you stay 7 nights. I would recommend if you are looking for something refundable in case your plans change, good location and good staff.

Cozy rooms, basic equipment, comfortable beds. The hotel is undergoing renovation, expect slight discomfort. We didn't feel it because we were in the city all day. Breakfast - pastries, hams, cheeses, muesli, yogurts. There is a lack of warm food - eggs, etc. The overall rating is good.

Eine Reihe von Enttäuschungen

Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel WYLD hatte ich leider eine Reihe von negativen Erfahrungen, die meinen Besuch stark beeinträchtigten. Von mangelnder Sauberkeit bis hin zu erheblichen Lärmbelästigungen, hier sind die Einzelheiten meiner enttäuschenden Erfahrung:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet stieß ich auf verdorbene Sojamilch, ein Zeichen mangelnder Sorgfalt bei der Überwachung der Frische und Qualität der Speisen. Dies war besonders besorgniserregend, da es die Gesundheit der Gäste gefährden könnte.

Die Anpassung der Wassertemperatur am Waschbecken war unmöglich; das Wasser war entweder heiß oder sehr heiß. Dies machte einfache Routinen wie das Händewaschen zu einer unangenehmen.

Der Komfort des Schlafens wurde durch einen Matratzenbezug erheblich beeinträchtigt, der sich anfühlt wie Plastikfolie und bei jeder Bewegung unangenehm raschelte.

Das bereitgestellte Klopapier war derart dünn, dass es fast durchsichtig war, ein weiteres Beispiel für die Vernachlässigung des Gästekomforts.

Zusätzlich war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers unzureichend, mit staubigen Oberflächen und einer leeren Bierflasche samt Zigarette auf der Fensterbank – ein offensichtlicher Hinweis darauf, dass das Zimmer zwischen den Aufenthalten nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde.

Eine erhebliche Lärmbelästigung trug weiter zur Unzufriedenheit bei; selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war der Straßenlärm deutlich hörbar, als wäre das Fenster offen. Zudem waren Wände und Türen so schlecht isoliert, dass jedes Geräusch aus den angrenzenden Räumen und dem Flur hörbar war.

Das Schlimmste jedoch war, dass das Hotel sich inmitten eines Umbaus befand – eine Information, die uns vor der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Trotz der täglichen Lärmbelästigung durch Handwerker von morgens bis abends, sogar an Samstagen, mussten wir den vollen Preis zahlen. Dies ist absolut inakzeptabel und zeugt von großer Unprofessionalität.

Abschließend kann ich nur ausdrücken, wie tief enttäuscht ich von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel WYLD war. Es ist unverständlich, wie ein Hotel eine solche Missachtung für den Komfort und die Sicherheit seiner Gäste zeigen kann. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotelmanagement diese Rückmeldung ernst nimmt und umgehende Maßnahmen ergreift, um die zahlreichen Probleme zu beheben. Zukünftigen Gästen würde ich dringend empfehlen, sich nach anderen Unterkünften umzusehen, bis bestätigt wird, dass signifikante Verbesserungen vorgenommen wurden.

2 nuits à l'hôtel vraiment lamentables.
Chambre en plein milieu des travaux, qui commencent avant 8h, chaque matin, avec des ouvriers qui se "parlent" en continu, d’une chambre à l’autre, laisse tomber/traîner les outils, etc…
Il est vraiment lamentable d’attribuer une chambre à 150€/nuit dans ces conditions. La réceptionniste a même refusé de monter pour se rendre compte ! et le veilleur de nuit m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible puisque les travaux commencent après 9h30 !
Hotel à éviter !

Une grande déception je trouve que les chambres ne correspondent pas aux images les parties communes sont un peu desuetes ils faisaient des travaux de peinture et collaient du scotch jusque devant la chambre créant des nuisances nous n avons pas été prévenus de ces désagréments
La literie, l emplacement et le petit déjeuner sont très corrects
