Situé dans le secteur d'Opera, le Harry's Bar est niché dans une petite rue qui ne paie pas de mine. Et pourtant, il s'agit sans doute d'un des meilleurs bar à cocktails britannique de Paris. Le Harry's Bar, c'est notamment boire un Carmino au dans un cadre feutré et cosy, dans une petite salle qui pourrait être celle d'un château anglais. Le seul bruit que vous aurez est celui des gens qui discutent, des glaçons qui s'entrechoquent, et des musiciens.

Great place to visit if you are English speaking. Not expensive. Huge basement seating area as well. Bartenders become friendlier with time. Sort of like Ricks Cafe from the classic Casablanca (1942)

Das Ambiente der Bar passt perfekt zur Geschichte des Ortes – beides ergänzt sich. Auch der Service war überzeugend, und der Barkeeper verstand sein Handwerk. Die Stimmung in der Bar war angenehm. Die Cocktails kosten 16 € – nicht günstig, aber für ein einmaliges Erlebnis durchaus vertretbar. Wer in der Gegend ist, sollte der Bar auf jeden Fall einmal einen Besuch abstatten.

J'ai eu la bonne idée d'aller tester ce bar légendaire jeudi dernier.
Le cadre est magnifique, les cocktails (j ai pris Bloody Mary et un autre dont le nom m'échappe) parfaits, et le barman qui m'a servi, Dante, très professionel et sympathique.
Je me ferai un plaisir de retourner dans ce bar très bientót.

We were seated right away but then waited 30 minutes to order drinks. 32 euros for 2 bloody Marys. We were never offered the chance to order food. The atmosphere was busy and energetic... Good vibes. But the service truly sucked.

Might be the best classic bar I’ve ever been to. Known as birthplace of: Sidecar, Bloody Mary, French 75, … open since 1912. Really must visit when you in Paris.

Harry's New York bar is a legendary old bar with a ton of history, class, and old world character. No visit to Paris is complete until you have one (or a few) at Harry's. Feel the history and learn about all the legends who drank here. The staff are all friendly and professionals of the highest order.

Harry’s New York Bar ist mehr als nur eine Bar – es ist eine kleine Zeitreise. Sobald man durch die Tür tritt, fühlt man sich in eine andere Ära versetzt, umgeben von Holzvertäfelungen, nostalgischem Flair und einer Atmosphäre, die Geschichten erzählt.

Die Cocktails sind klassisch und perfekt gemixt – genau das, was man sich in einer Bar mit dieser Historie erwartet. Ich habe es nicht einmal geschafft, Bilder zu machen, so sehr war ich in den Moment vertieft. Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Abend, bei dem man die Zeit und den Trubel von Paris für einen Moment vergisst.

Der Service ist aufmerksam, unaufdringlich und professionell. Die Barkeeper verstehen ihr Handwerk und servieren Drinks, die man nicht so schnell vergisst.

Just had a drink and soaked up the history. I met a local Parisian couple who come here occasionally because they said it's a great bar, so that bodes well. Definitely worth the experience.

A very beautiful and cozy place. Feels like in New York. Because it is the oldest cocktail bar in Europe, the expectations were high. Cocktails were so bad and we were very disappointed

For those who love a good black russian cocktail this is the best place in Paris in terms of taste, quantity and price.
Their cocktails are usually excellent.
I recommend their collection of old whiskys !
