Una ubicación geográfica interesante, una decoración sencilla pero de buen gusto en tonos cuerdas y grises, equipamientos muy completos (secador de pelo y artículos de aseo gratuitos en el cuarto de baño), una buena disponibilidad del personal: Este hotel es un buen plan para los presupuestos reducidos.

pas de savon pour se laver les mains , une seule serviette propre,
j'ai eu du mal à ouvrir et fermer ma porte à clés, j'ai vu que c'est un problème récurent non résolu depuis plusieurs mois,
et qqn se permet d'ouvrir la chambre sans toquer , ou alors sans attendre de réponse alors que je dormais encore , imaginez si j'étais sous la douche....
wifi qui sert juste à gonfler les prix des chambres , inexistante connexion
135 euros la nuit sans petit déjeuner, bref à éviter

The worse experience with a hotel. We found bed bugs in the room on the bed and on the floor. We asked to talk to the manager immediately but he avoided us and ignored us completely, we couldn't even talked to him in the phone.
The smell in the common areas and the room was awful, very intense and unpleasant.
After we reported the issue to the receptionist, she didn't do anything about it, we had to find another hotel for the night. The receptionist said that tomorrow the manager will be there for sure. Next day we went back to find the manager, but again he didn't appear. When we asked access to our room to check if we forgot something the previous evening, the receptionist let us in and we saw that they applied chemicals everywhere in the room, on a Sunday morning. This means that they already had this kind of chemicals and they were aware about the bed bugs issue but they simply didn't care.
Apparently the smell we noticed the first day in the common areas was due to chemicals used the days before.
Also to mention that when we enter the room the first day we found dirty bedsheets and no towels. They didn't provide any room cleaning all three days we stayed there and they didn't provide clean towels, bedsheets and shower gels.
Everyone was super rude and ironic after we reported the bedbugs issue, and nobody looked that cared about it.
We asked for refund and they didn't even contact us.
I would never recommend this hotel, it is unhealthy environment with rude people and when you leave you get bedbugs with you. Disappointed! I hope the hotel inspection will close this place soon.
