As a couple interrailing we stayed here for 3 nights. Check in was efficient enough and friendly man checking us in. There was a strange smell in the building up the hallway and stairway into the room. The winding stairs up to the room are very small and narrow, not really suitable for elderly people. The bedrooms seemed to be newly renovated so they had the essentials (safe etc.) The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the sheets didn’t seemed to be properly washed when we first arrived. |On our first morning, we heard someone putting a key into our door and then entering (it was not a cleaner), when he noticed we were in the room he panicked and quickly closed it. This made us weary as we don’t know if someone entered our room when we were out during the day. We mentioned this down at reception and the girl looked a bit confused and said “okay” which wasn’t that helpful. Reception may have given someone the wrong key into the rooms, or else someone was just trying to get into rooms, which made us feel unsafe as we had locked it from the inside.|This hotel is right beside the metro which was extremely helpful and only a short trip into Paris city. There is a small cafe across the road that does small snacks.

« Menil » peut être, « bon temps » peut être pas.

Chambre qui manque clairement d’entretien, problème de prise décollée du mur et qui ne fonctionne pas, problème d’évacuation d’eau dans la salle de bain, hall envahie de moustiques, poussières dans la chambre… Bref, acceptable pour une nuit, inconcevable pour un séjour.

Je ne conseil pas, le seul truc bien c’est à côté de la salle de concert la maroquinerie. C’est tout.

Arrivati in stanza, una puzza di ascelle che non si stava. La pulizia è una cosa che non se ne parla, e le lenzuola erano spiegazzate e gialle (dovevano essere bianche). Il letto veniva fatto malissimo. Ed era pure sprofondato. i cuscini erano quei cuscinetti da divano, con una federa da cuscino normale. Orribile. Non ci è piaciuto per niente. L’unica cosa positiva è la vicinanza alla stazione.

My girlfriend chose this hotel.
After reading the reviews, I was about to look for another hotel. But we decided to give it a shot. The location is around 30-40min away by public transport from main attractions. The room is small but clean. The bed is also small but firm matress. I had a good night sleep. I was worried about bed bugs as I've seen in previews reviews. When we arrived, I did a proper inspection removing all the layers of bed sheets and inspecting the matress. There was no sign of bedbugs. The problem was probably fixed long time ago. That being said on the last layer I did find some hair .But as there were many layers maybe 5 in total it didn't bother me. You get 2 small towels for shower ... not great I recommend bringing your own. The lady at the reception was lighter super kind and smiling or the opposite. At night all the lights go out at the terrace in the entrance making it difficult to spot. Over all I'd say I would go again if I'd go on a buget. It's worth mentioning that the money you save on the room you will spend on transport. 5€ every time you want to go somewhere for 2 people. Metro is right in front of hotel.

Το δωμάτιο αν και μικρό ήταν πολύ καλό ! Καθημερινή καθαριότητα, το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Μεγάλο προνόμιο το ότι βρίσκεται απέναντι από στάση μετρό και πιάτσα ταξί.
