La nostra prima volta a Parigi è iniziata dall'hotel du Lion D'Or Louvre e non poteva iniziare meglio. Ottima posizione, centralissima e perfetta per partire alla scoperta della città. Ottimo quartiere anche per girare di sera. Il Louvre e i principali musei si raggiungono in poco tempo. Lo staff è semplicemente fantastico, cordiale e disponibile fin dal momento delle informazioni via email. Ottima colazione con prodotti freschi e tutto ciò che serve per iniziare la giornata. Noi eravamo in un monolocale che abbiamo adorato, il letto comodissimo e struttura silenziosa nonostante fosse in centro città. È il nostro punto di riferimento in città, se torneremo alloggeremo qui. Grazie da Enrico e Roberta dall'italia ????

It was ok, I didn’t like the arrangement of my room with being able to see the bathroom and shower.. there was a lot of noise also from other rooms and cleaning service at 8am on a Sunday with the vacuum etc. The first day one of the coffee machines was bad and the next day the toaster didn’t work. There were very few tables for having breakfast. The positive was the location.

Everything was amazing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The location was excellent, close to transportation, food markets, cafes, shops, and sights.

I have been traveling all my life and thus hotel is by far my favorite. The staff is incredible especially the front desk team Sophie and Hamza. They took special care of us and made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Getting in/out of Room 202 was difficult for my wife having to step down from elevator level onto floor level then up a level to get into room.
Having the lights in the hallway only come on when someone is present made it difficult to see until they came on.
The room was clean each day and is appreciated; the towels were very absorbent; having a safe was appreciated. Having to bend around the safe and mirror to gain access to the 'closet' to hang are clothes was cumbersome.

Positive: Great location. Situated close to all iconic spots in Paris. Clean facility with good breakfast.
Negative: Elevator is too small and only goes up to 4th floor. I was given a room on the 5th floor so I had to carry my luggages up and down a very narrow steps from 4th floor to 5th floor. Bathroom and toilet are too small, hard to move around. It is also very hard to use the bathroom sink. The cabinet above the sink needs to be moved out of the way. It feels like using a sink on an airplane. I hit my head 3 times on the cabinet while brushing my teeth. I expected to see a better bedroom for the price I paid.

Thank you very much for the excellent stay and wonderful service. I would like to express my special appreciation to the manager, Maysan. I arrived before the check-in time, but I was given a very warm welcome and immediately received a room that was even better than what I had booked. I always experienced nothing but kindness from the hotel staff. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient, it couldn't be better, with places nearby, grocery stores, and restaurants to suit any taste! Thank you so much for the warm reception.I will definitely return.

Está muy bien ubicado, la malo es que las habitaciones no tiene ascensor y nos tocó un cuarto sin ascensor y con dos niños, por lo demás las instalaciones todo bien.

Nous avons été ravi par le très bel accueil que le personnel nous a réservé. Et l'attention donnée à nos demandes. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait : à deux pas du louvre, dans une rue calme. Les chambres, bien qu'un peu petite, sont confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la literie. Seul petit bémol (inhérent à un vieil immeuble) : l'accès aux chambres est assez "sportif". L'ascenseur est minuscule et les couloirs très étroits. Les clients chargés de bagages ou à la mobilité réduite pourraient avoir quelques difficultés à s'y mouvoir.
