Room was very nice, decoration was great as was the hotel overall. Rooms were too warm in general for them to be comfortable and you couldn't adjust the air conditioning down low enough to cool them off.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful.

My only suggestions are; My mattress felt quite firm and well worn. It had quite a few bumps and felt like it needed to be rotated more often. I would also recommend using a higher quality of toilet paper in the rooms.

The toilet clearly wasn't clean upon arrival. The electronics light etc. in the room were confusing. No where to place makeup in bathroom. Not enough hooks for towels - only one. The cleaner left a used pillowcase on the chair after the room was done. We couldn't get the coffee maker to work - 2 days in a row, when we did the coffee wasn't great. (Nespresso maker is better) The mood on the restaurant patio was dull/bit depressing and felt overpriced. The room seemed over-decorated and under-designed in terms of functionality. Sorry, but for the cost it really seemed to have missed it.

We only had one night but would gladly stay longer on our next trip to Paris. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or lounge areas. The room was lovely and very comfortable.

This was our 2nd time staying with you and it was as good or better than the 1st time. What we love about this hotel is not only the interior design, but the location is convenient, but it is on a quite street, the bathroom specifically the showers are incredible, but most importantly the pool and steam room is so nice to enjoy after a day of exploring Paris. We look forward to staying with you again.

I ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast twice during our stay and they brought out sunny-side up eggs. Took them another 10 minutes to do scrambled eggs and there was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time. Very poor by morning restaurant staff

I never received turn down service, the breakfast assortment was very small, no iron or ironing board in room, hotel lacked a lot of amenities that luxury hotels all have. I did not have water in my room.. I called down for water and they charged 9€ for the bottle. Sheets were all reused/never washed

I found the lights in the room not sufficient, especially problematic in the bathroom for doing a make-up, since it is too dark. The interior design of the hotel is excellent and really awsome, but it has an overall darkness in general.

Bartender Adrien was very friendly and made great cocktails. Salim at front desk did great job getting us reservations after restaurant said they were full
