Cuando los australianos deciden crear una bonita cafetería de la moda Melbourne a unos metros del Sagrado Corazón, esto nos da la nueva dirección moderna de la capital. En las redes sociales, Hardware Société se ha convertido en el lugar que hay que seguir urgentemente. Pero cuidado, el lugar no sólo atrae a través de una publicidad bien orientada, sino que ha sabido conservar a sus clientes y traer a los nuevos gracias a su ambiente acogedor, su equipo ordenado y su cocina bien hecha. Todos los días, los clientes de paso o acostumbrados pueden disfrutar del brunch de la casa. En el menú: bollería, tartas dulces o saladas, platos bien suministrados… Mención especial para el pan perdido que es una verdadera delicia. Para acompañar el conjunto, hay que descubrir el "Flat White", un café gourmet cubierto por un delicioso edredón de leche gruesa. En el brunch y a la carta, los clientes podrán disfrutar de numerosas opciones y alternativas vegetarianas o sin gluten. El único inconveniente es que el establecimiento es víctima de su éxito, esperando un poco de espera antes de obtener tu mesa.

Their food is also incredibly delicious, and I had the opportunity to try many of the items on the menu. The Toulouse sausage and Baked Eggs - Un, were my favorite. I was never disappointed with any of my choices. Once you conquer all the steps leading up to the Sacre Coeur, and where the cafe is located, you'll have built up an appetite, which you'll enjoy satisfying here.
The staff are very friendly, and mostly foreigners living and working abroad. Jess, who I believe is the manager/boss, is a very cool and gracious host. He's always there, and always busy making sure the customers are seated in a timely manner and that they're happy.
Valeria, from Spain, is the staff manager and if you're lucky enough to have her as your server, will charm you with her humour, wit and smile!
The cafe is always busy, with mostly tourists visiting Sacre Coeur, which is just beside. I was a solo traveler, and met other travelers here every day I came, which was over a week.
The small, cozy and modern environment was a great place to meet other travelers, and people are seated pretty close together, if you are alone or a couple.
