Staff were very nice to move us to an upgraded room when a minor issue happened with the toilet. However, staff insisted that, although I know breakfast was prebooked for both myself and daughter, breakfast for my daughter was not included. Had I not have been unwell I would have argued this point further whilst away. Not happy or impressed

I used to manage 4 and 5 Star hotels in the UK, so it is difficult to not naturally inspect hotels and restaurants when I visit them. I can honestly say that every aspect was exceptional. The staff were very courteous and professional, the room was excellent and the breakfast was superb. All of this combined with a very reasonable price, made our stay perfect. Thank you so much and I know we'll be seeing you again.

Room was dripping on first night. Changed to another room with no air condition so it was very hot st night. Had to open the windows. Lynda did excellently well to make our stay better. Kudos to her great customer service.
