Very nosy very very, no sound proof at all. We stay on 5 fth flor. Cleaning wasn’t good . Stuff was very welcome and helpful but this hotel needs renewal.

Splendid as the name suggest it is, magnificent view and location you cannot find it anywhere else in Paris. But there are some issues that I must concerned about. First, they send us an welcome email requesting the reason that brought us to spend our time in their hotel and I noted to them that it is our anniversary but surprisingly, no one in the hotel mentioned about it, not even a greeting maybe I am expecting too much but just wondering why they want to know it because in reality they will do nothing about it anyway. Second and the worst, I ordered in-room breakfast and while I was taking photographs on the balcony outside they arbitrarily came into our room to serve our breakfast without my acknowledgement and also tried to open bathroom door when they heard someone was inside and my wife was taking a shower at that time, complaining this situation to hotel reception onsite short reply “apology thank you sir”. It’s such a great service, isn’t it?

Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel. Since it was a business trip, the room was acceptable in terms of location if not you can't see any view, were you to stay for holidays. The cleanliness is impressive. Can be easily recommended for stay
