Reception:
Friendly and helpful.

Room / facilities:
Room number 102 is on floor 1 and is clean but as it overlooks the street is quiet noisy from vehicles on the road
We stayed 4 nights.

Full-self control air conditioning with a door that opens to the Juliet balcony.

The room has a queen bed, with 4 firm pillows, a luggage rack, a small bench with ottoman, a separate chair, two hanging areas, safe tea, coffee, facilities, coffee, pod machine, walk-in shower with rain, head and handheld nozzle, large vanity, and very, very luxurious thick towels.
The room is very cozy and would only comfortably fit one person who is not traveling with large luggage bags, but is very tight for two people with large luggage bags.

On numerous occasions the cleaners entered our room, knocked once and straight into the room, only to find us still i the room.

Laundry:
Self service coin laundry with 12 washers and 6 dryers cost from €6.50 per use wash and €1.50 per 10 min dry, is located 300 m away from the hotel and is open until 10 PM.

Parking:
As with many Paris hotel, onsite parking is not available.

Wifi:
Complementary and bit on our first night the speed was absolutely terribly slow. Password required.
The speed was so slow that i often logged put of applications in frustration or used my 4G data plan.
Wifi kept dropping out totally mulitple times between 7.04am and 7.11am.
I informed reception of the wifi concerns and they would look into the problem.
When we returned that afternoon, reception advised the wifi was corrected.
Speeds were back to normal and were very good speeds.

Breakfast:
Available for additional cost of €18 per person per day.
Breakfast is located opposite the reception area and has breads, pastries, cheeses, sliced meats, yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, jams, tea/coffee, cereal, scrambled eggs bacon sausages hash browns and eggs made to order.

On our last breakfast at 9:30am in the morning (breakfast finishes at 10:30am), there were no additional plates available at the buffet, a 3 rashers of bacon (that was cold), scrambled eggs (that were cold), no bread, one type of juice (not 3 as previous days)
The lady was more focused on cleaning and setting up new tables for other guests, who had not yet arrived to breakfast, even though there were still is still minimal and no hot food available.

Conclusion:
Fantastic hotel, great staff and comfort.
Noise from the street is a major concern for me as i sleep with the window/ door open for fresh air.

Letdowns:
Mass of street noise of every kind. Cars, trucks, motorbikes, construction, work, people walking/ talking laundry vehicles at 1 AM in the morning all sorts of noise from the street just echos into the room.
Last day breakfast was disappointing.

Location / Nearby:
Arc, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, shopping strip, Gare Argentine Metro (Line 1).

Recommendations:
Great central located, where train stations are available nearby

Getting to hotel:
If arriving by car, best use GPS

Un lieu calme et accueillant pour se poser dans le quartier entre les stations Argentine et Maillot...à deux pas de la Place St Ferdinand et au coeur du Village Saint Ferdinand.
Le personnel y est très attentionné; rien ne manque, pas même le parapluie de secours!!

Nice and small hotel very well located -20 min walk to Arc de Triumph and 2 min to metro. Nice rooms, comfortable bed, amazingly confi vient shower with enough space and just a button to manage water, Rituals in the shower, tasty breakfast with a nice versify and fresh stuff. Very nice place

Most comfortable, spotlessly clean and delightful hotel in a really great part of Paris. The staff were lovely and really good at pointing us to local bars and restaurants. I would love to stay there again

We are extremely pleased with our 8-night stay at Hotel Le10Bis. This truly boutique hotel is clean, elegant, very well maintained. We highly appreciated delicious breakfasts with plentiful items. We think they have the best croissants in Paris! Location is simply fantastic. The St. Ferdinand Square area is quiet, with true Parisian vibe, and just a 10 min. stroll from Arc de Triomphe. Everyone in the staff was very nice and accommodating. A special shout-out to Xavier who was extremely kind to us.
We recommend 5th floor rooms with balcony. We are definitely returning to Le10Bis in a few months.

The staff were so kind and helpful, we had a wonderful stay they made our trip worthwhile. Clean room great location two metro stations next to us a supermarket and variety of restaurants

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the underground station. Inside it’s clean and the reception manager was very nice and welcoming.

The hotel is very small inside, hence, the 3 stars for the rooms. The rooms are clean and served the purpose for our short trip but the view is not exciting at all (there is no view whatsoever).

Breakfast was extremely limited, more like 2 stars than 4. I would recommend not taking breakfast at the hotel and pop into one of the many restaurants around the area instead.

We booked on the hotel website as recommended by the hotel itself for the best rates but paid €100 more than if we had just booked on booking.com 1 day before the trip. So that was the unpleasant bit.

Very nice hotel! Stuff was very helpful and nice, they are there 24/7. The rooms are modern, clean, and some with a lovely balcony. It’s a good distance from the centre by foot, but with the Metro and train your extremely well connected. The area was safe and calm. We loved our stay

Great hotel for a city break. Well equipped, stylish rooms with lovely Rituals toiletries. Good breakfast and complimentary tea/coffee throughout the day. Convenient location with rail/metro stations nearby and less than 10 min walk to Arc de Triomphe, yet situated in a quiet street with bakeries and restaurants locally. Staff polite and helpful. We couldn't have wished for more and would happily stay there again in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hôtel Le 10 Bis—amazing from beginning to end! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and steps from the M1 metro line, which made getting around Paris incredibly easy.

The staff went above and beyond, upgrading our room and making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. It was the perfect spot for me while running the Paris Marathon—convenient, quiet, and incredibly comfortable.

On website it shows there is a hotel car parking area but we have to pay extra for the parking. On breakfast there is not a lot of option. The price and the service are not matching. What I expect and what I saw is very different. Sorry I don’t recommend for anyone.

I would definitely visit again. The reception staff was amazing and I was taken care of so well.

Close to main boulevard that goes to Arc of Triumph. Max 10 min walk.
Personnel kind that pay attention to your needs.

De taille humaine et d'un excellent accueil, l'hôtel est particulièrement bien placé . Le petit déjeuner est excellent également. Je recommande !

Super hôtel, avec un personnel extrêmement gentil.
On adore les petites attentions comme les chocolats Jeff de Bruges et les madeleine à l'entrée.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location near the Arc de Triomphe - close enough to the action yet not too touristy.

I also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and staff were very kind to provide fresh scrambled eggs and bacon (as I arrived later and it was already eaten).

Special shout out to Xavier and Alexandria who both made my stay!

Petit hôtel cosy, lit confortable, chambre très bien insonorisée, personnel accueillant et pdj très complet. Quartier vivant avec magasins et restaurants, légèrement excentré mais à côté du métro.
