The hotel is very clean and located in a friendly and desirable area, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, and it features a gym and sauna. Also, the staff were very friendly, highly recommended.

Poor internet service with 20 to 30 seconds lag time. It is impossible to use for connections such as wifi calling or other need for instant response time. Overall. Nice hotel and continental breakfast.

Hotel Auteuil Tour Eiffel Paris位於16區，步行至塞納河約3至5分的距離，並非一個人潮聚集的區域，話雖如此，個人覺得飯店四周的治安良好，算是一個鬧中取靜的地點；附近有些許的餐廳，前方的巷子以及後方的街道各有一間超市，飯店櫃檯人員接待中規中矩，住宿若未附早餐，1樓附設有餐廳，早餐每人21歐元，櫃檯結帳後即可入內用餐，早餐的品相算是豐富，果醬及優格都是玻璃瓶裝，尤其優格給的大方，是我吃過最好吃的優格之一，用餐時間早上6:30到10:30，週末假日會延長到11點，可以相當悠閑的享用早餐，餐廳的工作人員也會在用餐中來收拾用過的餐盤；飯店的房間夜間相當安靜，床鋪及棉被也軟硬適中，不會有適應不良，清潔度也在水準之上，雙床房是並排，床鋪略小，但不影響睡眠，浴室內有浴缸，並備有吹風機，床頭並有USB插孔，房門是卡片接觸解鎖，房內無法手動另反鎖，入住的第一天會提供礦泉水氣泡水各一瓶，房內無冰箱，有提供快煮壺，衣櫃內設有密碼鎖金庫，房內空間勉強可以將兩件行李攤開，飯店有提供每日房務清理的服務，飯店步行到塞納河，巴黎鐵塔即清晰可見，上橋即可由橋中央走樓梯下去天鵝島，步行到島的另外一邊，上階梯即是6號地鐵經過的大橋，橋上除兩側設有人行道外，中央並設有單車及人行空間，其上方16號是地鐵，是有名的取景地點，不時有人在此取景拍攝婚紗，過橋後往北行，即是巴黎著名景點巴黎鐵塔，飯店雖不是在巴黎鐵塔旁邊，但由飯店走兩三分鐘到塞納河，巴黎鐵塔即近在咫尺並映入眼簾，從飯店可以很悠閑的至塞納河，並散步在塞納河的兩岸，非常值得推薦給大家來住宿。

Das Hotel war okay, der Empfang war in Ordnung, die Garage war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig!. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl hoch zu den Zimmern, alles etwas kompliziert, aber wenn man den Dreh raus hatte, dann ging es. Für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Behinderte Menschen ist dieses Hotel nicht wirklich etwas.
Ob der Preis wirklich in Ordnung war, kann man schwer einschätzen, da wie gesagt, von der Garage nach oben ins Zimmer sogar nichts möglich ist. Das Personal war auch nicht wirklich bemüht, einen zu unterstützen.
Mein persönlicher Eindruck ist, dass das Hotel etwas überteuert ist.

Het hotel is netjes en in orde maar miste voor ons persoonlijkheid door de inrichting. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamers werden elke dag schoon gemaakt. Voor ons was de kamer te warm, maar we kregen de airco niet veranderd. Ik vond het wel vlot bereikbaar met de metro. Ook is het hotel gelegen in een aangename buurt.

Spent one weeks here! Staff were
very nice and helpful during our stay. They understood English which was a big plus, even the housekeeper was very nice as well. I loved my room, clean, & spacious! Hotel is walking distance to the mall & restaurants - approx. 7 minute drive to The Eiffel Tower. Would stay again!

Ich war dort zwei Nächte, alles fein für mich diesem Hotel, die Zimmer sind komfortabel, der Service sehr gut. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Lage hat mir gut gefallen, nicht mitten im Trubel aber alles ist gut erreichbar.

C’est la deuxième fois que j’y vais, l’accueil est impeccable, le réceptionniste nous accueille de façon très chaleureuse, les chambres sont nickel et propres. La vue depuis la chambre est splendide. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et les serveurs sont fort agréable. Hâte de revenir ????❤️????????

My partner and I stayed for two nights and throughly enjoyed. Room was really clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, and not too far of a walk from the eiffel tower and plenty of local restaurants. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Only thing that let the hotel down as such was that it did not have an actual bar. Other than that, really good. Clean, good location, friendly staff, excellent beds, great shower, clean toilets, modern facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at Hotel Auteuil, rooms very good and spacious and the breakfast everyday was superb. The hosts were warm and kind and the location was close to the Eiffel tower and metro with scenic views.

Me encantó este hotel,desayuno bufet buenísimo, las habitaciones con todas las condiciones,ubicación y zona super con un mercado justo al frente y todo tipo de negocios cerca bares,restaurantes, el río Sena justo a una calle lo recomiendo y sin dudas volvería
El hotel tiene Gym y una sauna una terraza pequeña para desayunar al aire libre si deseas el personal super amable

La struttura non e’ assolutamente un 4 stelle. Ma questa cosa e’ la meno grave. Lo staff e’ davvero maleducato. Hanno preteso il pagamento della colazione (misera e senza gusto), dicendo che non era compreso nel prezzo. Ma non tanto per i soldi, ma i modi. Ad un certo punto, senza il mio consenso hanno detratto i soldi dalla mia carta e mi hanno bloccato le porte dell’hotel per non farmi uscire. Vi sconsiglio vivamente di alloggiare in questa struttura.

I am sorry to say that , I was tricked to believe that this hotel is a 4 star .||The services provided was no way near to a 3 star hotel.||No welcoming when you arrive , had to carry all my 6 baggages by myself with no help offered by the person who was sitting in the front desk.||Uber eats deliver person could come all the way up to your room on 7th floor with nobody to stop..this means anyone can walk in to your room from the street .||3 times the cleaning staff opened the door with no notice , once I was changing clothes ..I think I have stop here ...please don't advertise and say it's a 4 star...||Room rates are less but no 4 star facility..

I left some personal belongings in my room that never left the premises. When I contacted the hotel to let them know I had family nearby and would be happy to return to collect the items, the staff claimed that nothing was left behind. I know for a fact my belongings were in the room. If there’s one thing to advise future guests, it’s to be sure to take all belongings with you because the staff cannot be trusted.

Close bus stop and train station so reasonably convenient to go to central Paris. The room was clean but there was no body cream in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was quite basic.

We stayed there during a business trip. A very nice hotel, very close to bus and subway station. Aubre was very polite and a great professional, who took care of us every morning during breakfast, which by the way was suberb!

the hotel was fantastic. the location is great and the room and bathroom are both quite spacious. we didn’t feel cramped at all, which is quite hard to find in europe. the room was very clean and the staff also cleaned it very nicely every day. the only negative is that we informed the front desk 3 times that we had low water pressure in the shower and that the battery of the safe was low, but they never fixed either issue. but truly, it was a great experience and i would 100% stay here for my next visit.

note: closest metro station is an 8-10 minute walk.

Very distasefe experience:

1- The AC is not working and they don’t care to fix it for 2 days.

2- The smell of the room so dirty. ????

3- You can hear everything from the others rooms, the isolation is very poor.

4- I’ve been waiting to complain to the manager since I checked in “ two days ago”but he didn’t exist all the day.

5- Wifi connection is so weak as well the signal of the cell phone, so the internet is terrible.

6- One of the stuff member is rude and not professional.
I don’t recommend it at all
