Very bad welcoming staff at the check-in (specifically one young guy with glasses) room NOT at all as promissed on the reservation and its outrageous the price for the room...
Not to repeat...not to endorse... try to pass info on how bad it is as often as possible

Bon hôtel à proximité de la station dupleix qui malheureusement était en travaux les soirs ce qui rendait les choses plus compliquées. La chambre était propre mais pas à fond : du côté droit de la douche, il y a un petit passage long d'une largeur de 2 ou 3 cm difficile d'accès et du coup non nettoyé mais bien visible. Dommage. L'armoire de la chambre gêne fortement le passage d'un côté du lit à l'autre pour aller vers la fenêtre (il reste environ 10-15 cm.... bref, il faut se frotter contre le lit ou l'enjamber. Pas de rideaux occultants la nuit. A part ça, bien situé, proche tour Eiffel, de merveilleux traiteurs à proximité... personnel aimable, pas d'autre soucis, je pourrais y retourner.

Pulizia delle camere da migliorare.Si vede il residuo della polvere sul pavimento e sui mobili.Ascensore molto piccolo.Inserire le immagini reali della vista dalla camera assegnata.L'immagine della vista della Torre Eiffel è deviante e ingannevole e sarebbe corretto specificare che quest'immagine rispecchia soltanto la suite al sesto piano.Si suggerisce di abilitare i canali TV italiani e fare una convenzione con il servizio lavanderia.Personale gentile e accoglienza gradevole.

La télévision est placée trop haut, on est obligé de regarder en levant la tête, la chaise devant la table est trop grande, on se cogne dessus, il n'y a pas assez de lumière. Dans la SdB rajouter une boîte de kleenex et une brosse pour les WC. La porte d'entrée de l'hôtel est difficile à ouvrir surtout lorsque l'on a des valises.

Le personnel est super accueillant. Par contre la lumière ne Marchait pas dans la chambre. Surtout nous pensions avoir vu sur la tour eiffel (cf photo sur booking) et on avait vue sur un immeuble

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et les membres de l’équipe sont attentionnés et très agréables.
Idéalement situé, les chambres ne sont certes pas très grandes, mais sont cosy, calmes et disposent d’une très bonne literie.
Propreté irréprochable et salle de bain parfaitement équipée.

I choose to book the junior suite at your hotel to celebrate my husbands 50:th birthday. (As a surprise).
I was very dissapointed to step in to a construction site. It would have been nice to have been informed about this and maybe I would have choosen another hotel. And that the breakfast buffe, described in the homepage, was closed!

Reception being renovated - coffee machine didn't work, outsourced breakfast - no choices. The reception staff worked very hard to cover the problems in reception. WE didn't book hotel so don't know the cost but the room was very small
