Absolutely phenomenal! Definitely a repeat!! Matthieu was impeccable and very kind throughout the whole process. The breakfast is just great, and the room is simple but nice and really cosy! Great, great breakfast, with the best Parisian bread! Close to the subway, but really you can walk everywhere in Paris from there. To repeat!!!

Matthieu est au top. Les apparts répondent bien au besoin.
Emplacement parfait entre les lignes 8 et 12 à proximité de rues animées.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Schönes Appartement mit 2 Räumen und Bad. Couch und Küchenzeile vorhanden. Das Zimmer lag im ersten Stock zum Innenhof war also sehr ruhig. Lage ist sehr gut, 3 verschiedene Ubahn Stationen in der Nähe und die Innenstadt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Matthieu ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. In der Früh hat er Frühstück gebracht mit frischen Croissants, Kaffe, Käse, etc. Alles hat prima funktioniert. Wir waren während Olympia, trotzdem war der Preis fair.

Lovely neighbourhood with closeby local good French restaurants, good communication and practical help from B&B owner beforehand and during our stay, handy small and clean appartment, good breakfast with regards to 'French' standards

Es un apartamento muy bonito. Son dos habitaciones, un salón con sofá cama y mini cocina y una habitación con cama de matrimonio.
Además un baño nuevo y limpio.
Las tres habitaciones tienen ventanas a un patio exterior muy luminoso.
Está en un barrio muy agradable con muchos servicios, supermercado, metro, iglesia, restaurantes...a medida hora andando a la torre Eiffel.
El desayuno está incluido y te lo sirven cada mañana en una cesta en la puerta del apartamento.
El anfitrión vive arriba, por lo que está accesible en caso de necesidad.
Los apartamentos de al lado también son de alquiler vacacional.

The apartment was very well located (25min ago from the Eiffel's tower). The neighbourhood has plenty of options for food and several metro stations near by. Everything was super clean and beds were done every day. Mathieu, the host, was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was served every morning (including croissants, bread, butter, milk, coffee, cheese, juice and jam). Very recommended.

Spacious and clean room in a good location! Matthieu, the property owner was very nice and helpful. Bed and room were done every morning after we left and breakfast was very good and fresh, especially the baguette and French pastries! Very close to metro station and a good number of restaurants to choose from in the area. Matthieu even stored our luggage after check out as we had a late flight. The only thing that could be better was wifi because it was quite slow and ended up using mobile data however this wouldn't stop us from visiting again!

Accueil sympathique de la part de notre hôte. Nous avons apprécié sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa discrétion. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et la literie confortable. Nous avons aimé le calme de ces deux nuits passées ici. Le quartier est très agréable. Un endroit où passer un séjour séduisant à Paris. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir mais dans d'autres circonstances.

Matthieu was friendly and efficient, even finding a travel power adapter for our phone chargers. He provided tasty French breakfast. Rooms were clean and location was great for exploring Paris on foot or by Metro.
