We kwamen daar en wilden geen 6 gangen menu. Op Google gezien dat ze ook a la carte hadden. Bij aankomst bleek dat niet t kunnen. Zij gaven aan dat de Google info al 5 jaar oud was. Uuh dan moet het restaurant dat updaten lijkt me. Doordeweek hadden ze wel 4-gangen maar in t weekend niet. Dit was niet wat wij wilden, 3x opnieuw uitgelegd, maar ze bleven stoïcijns zeggen dat we minimaal 6-gangen a 95€ moesten nemen. Als we weg zouden gaan zouden ze de volle pond a 95€ rekenen en van onze credit card aftrekken. Uiteindelijk met moeite n 5-gangen menu kunnen nemen. Maar prettig was t niet. Al met al lekker gegeten, modern, voornamelijk veel groenten, bediening vriendelijk, maar met zeer weinig kennis! Oh en je zit op n keihard houten bankje zonder leuning of kussen. Hoewel aangepast menu veel te veel geld voor wat je krijgt. En zeer onvriendelijk behandeld. Ik zou hier ZEKER NIET naar toe gaan. Voor dat geld kan je veel beter eten in Parijs. Arrogante tent die zich veel te hip voelt.

Une superbe expérience, un accords mets et cocktail déroutant, raffiné et très intéressant. Des plats inventifs, bien ficelés et les accords travaillés et parfaits.

Excellente expérience chez Dersou, que je rêvais de tester depuis longtemps. Le menu dégustation du soir à 65€ est très bon, les goûts sont recherchés et le service est également excellent ! à faire.

Belle palette gustative globalement, en particulier le plat de poisson (un très beau filet de rouget mi-cuit). Mais l’impression générale est nettement atténuée pour deux raisons.
L’endroit est très bruyant. Du béton brut dans une salle totalement ouvert, y compris la cuisine. Et il n’y avait qu’une vingtaine de clients. On entend soudainement le bruit de machine puis le rangement de la cuisine.
Nous avions faim en sortant même en demandant souvent du pain. Le comble a été le plat de viande: ~8 pasta style fusilli et ~25 grammes de confit de canard ! On avait pourtant demandé si les portions du menu 4 plats étaient satisfaisantes pour un dîner.
Je rajouterai peu de bouteilles à moins de 60€ et une connaissance approximative des vins (ne se souvient pas du cépage…). 14€ le verre de vin orange…

We had an amazing culinary experience at Dersou ! What extraordinary flavours and ingredient combinations. Produce used are of great quality. We were touched by how accomodating the staff were in regards to our constant change in reservation time until one hour before. We did the 6 course tasting menu and still felt great after, it was the perfect amount of food, not too much, not too little.
The ambiance is very chill and the service relaxed as well. The only thing I would stay is that they need to improve their bar stool situation as it was quite uncomfortable. The cocktail pairing was amazing!

Flavours are very well balanced. This restaurant is more worth your money than most of the other in Paris. And you can see the chef and his team are very passionated about the food.

De la tuerie!! Nourriture excellente et raffinée et en même temps généreuse. Le service pourrait être un peu plus professionnel mais reste très sympathique et chaleureux.

Honestly one of the best meals of my life. Everything was equally beautifully presented, imaginative, thoughtful and sometimes challenging to my palette. I ate food I'd never have ordered myself off the menu and I'm so glad. The cocktail addition was brilliant and very good value for money as it provided a full cocktail with each course. My guest and I are not local to the area and felt uncomfortable with drinking too much in an effort to get ourselves safely back to our hotel and the wonderful staff at Dersou we're glad to offer non alcoholic options. When I come back to Paris Dersou is 100% on the agenda again.

I opted for the menu featuring seven dishes. The culinary journey began on a high note with the first dish, and each subsequent course only elevated the experience further. Each plate was thoughtfully paired with a cocktail, an approach that beautifully expanded the flavor profile beyond what a conventional wine pairing might offer.
The staff, young and friendly, displayed an infectious passion for their craft. They seemed blissfully unaware of the remarkable heights they've reached with their work, which I can only describe as sublime.

Exceptional. Housed in an unassuming place down from Bastille, the tasting menu was fantastic: sophisticated, flavourful and executed really well. 7 exceptional courses. Props to Chef Alex & his team.

Chez Dersou, il est tres agreble de s’assoeir au bar et de profiter du spectacle du chef qui sort de belles assiettes avec son equipe. Les plats sont originaux

Le brut des murs correctement raviver par un décor simple mais de qualité et très réussi.
Le service très efficace, on le soucis des petits détails sans en faire des tonnes (quel plaisir) .
Pour parler de la cuisine nous nous sommes laisser tenter par la carte, des entrées parfaitement équilibrée, avec des goûts et des saveurs vraiment juste.
Ensuite un pithiviers de piegons à la cuisson absolument parfaite.
Alors merci pour ce sans faute et merci pour ce moment parfait que nous avons passé chez vous.
