Agradables habitaciones insonorizadas y bien equipadas en Épernay.
Ya no se presenta esta cadena hotelera. Las habitaciones son agradables, poco amplias (16,2 m 2) pero están insonorizadas y bien equipadas (wifi gratuita, televisión con grandes cadenas internacionales, cama grande con un buen colchón, cuarto de baño). En los hoteles Ibis, el cliente disfruta de una recepción y un servicio de bar no stop, de un gran buffet al desayuno (a voluntad, de a) y de un servicio de restauración de buena calidad. Es decir, el cartel se compromete a proteger el medio ambiente: 84% de la red Ibis se certifica hoy ISO 9001.

I personally thought the room, while very compact, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great value. My issue is how I was treated by the front desk upon checking out. One of the women in our group had entered her room on the previous evening to find blood on the door, wall, towel, couch etc.. The man on staff made her wait until 23:00 for cleaning and new towels. I brought it up the next morning with the manager and she was doubtful of my story. Luckily there were photos. There was no apology, no attempt to make sure that evening was comped - nothing. Horrible attitude.

Op 21 oktober 2023 om 20 uur kwam ik met mijn vrouw naar de balie en bar. De medewerker zei goedenavond en wij deden teken om iets te drinken; Enkele seconden na kwam er een bus vol gasten binnen.
Ga deze heer deze gasten allemaal incheken.
Ik ga naar de balie om te vragen dat ik eerst een drank zou krijgen. De heer zei eerst de bus gasten inchecken en ik zei dat ik eerst was. na 1à minuten zijn wij door gegaan.
Dus mensen pas op een gast heeft GEEN voorrang op een bus. Triestig je kan toch niet 30 minuten wachten!!!!

Regrettable que la direction ne soit pas en phase avec la météo. Celle-ci se consulte aisément. Le froid "administratif" débutant le Lundi 16, nous n'avons pas eu de chauffage durant la nuit du 15. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains. Félicitations au réceptionniste de nuit pour ses efforts à nous fournir une couette.
