L'emplacement est idéal. Le centre historique peut se faire à pied depuis là et la gare routière est à 15mn à pied.
Les douches auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement mais tout est très correct. Casiers à cadenas dans les chambres. Pas de repas sur place, juste le bar et le petit-déjeuner.
Petits bémols : pas de rideaux aux lits pour l'intimité et pas d'espace pour ranger ses affaires comme une table de nuit par exemple

Très belle auberge bien placée, spacieuse, très propre et agréable avec différents salons. Personnel accueillant et aimable. Sanitaires propres, chambres avec casiers privés, draps repassés, serviettes de toilette. Grande cuisine avec tout le matériel nécessaires. Petit dej continental ????. Je recommande vivement !!!

Great environment, staff, service, location, community !!! Beautiful view from our private room. Fantastic sound isolation for a hostel, better than many cheap (and expensive) hotels. Will be my go-to for the area! I loved the communal breakfast.

Great location, clean rooms, nice sunny windows. I would stay here again.
Not every bed space has outlet access, only some do. Room lockers are a little small but not tiny. I could shove my backpacking pack inside.

I just finished my stay at this hostel during the Carnaval de Québec. We were a family of 3 staying. For the price and location, you really can't beat it.
In terms of a hostel, it's really about what you'd expect. Rooms seemed clean enough. Hallways were a bit more dirty, but they were in the process of renovations so that made sense. Downstairs there's breakfasts in the morning from 7-10 am, and in the evenings there's a bar.
The breakfast has most of the basics you'd need to start your day. The beer at nighttime was good. They have utensils, bowls, stoves, microwaves for if you would like to make your own meals, and even a large fridge where you can leave food items that you may want to store during your stay there. The private room we got was really the bare minimum, but we didn't need anything more than that. It had three chairs and a bunk bed.
The only downside I found was the level of noise there. Hostels are really always going to be noisy, that's their nature, many people coming and going and walls are usually paper thin. I thought that people would try to be a bit quieter past 11 pm but that was not the case. It was loud on our floor until I could finally fall asleep around 1 am. Thankfully my son is a deeper sleeper than I am. ????
As for the shared bathroom, I found the door for the women's washroom to be quite stiff on the 3rd floor. It takes about 3 pulls to finally get in, the 1st and 2nd pull it almost feels like the door is locked, but it isn't.
Overall good value, and the staff was very pleasant.

Good service and location (located in Old Quebec). Rooms and restrooms are clean. Good breakfast. The only thing I don't satisfy with is the lack of a hair dryer, shampoo, and body wash. However, I had really good stay overall!

Très belle auberge ! Quelques rénovations ont été effectuées depuis la dernière année. Par contre le système de réservation laisse à désiré ! L'année dernière plusieurs erreurs avaient été compliqué à réparer. Mais cette année c'est encore pire ! En plus d'avoir chargé des nuits sur notre carte de crédit que ne nous appartiennent pas et sans notre consentement. Ils ont loué un 7 ème lit dans notre chambre qui en contenait 6 . Résultat, un étranger est entré dans notre chambre à 2h du matin pour dormir alors qu'il n'y avait pas de place.

Super bien placée, proche de tout, facile d'accès.
Les gens sont très disponibles, sympathiques et avenants.
Le bar n'est pas cher, le petit déjeuner bien complet.
Mais bon, j'ai eu du mal a m'endormir car le mexicain faisait trop de bruit dans la chambre ????

호스텔이지만 무거운 캐리어를 방앞까지 이동해줍니다.
4인1실이었고 같은 한국인으로 몰아주셔서(?) 나름편했습니다. 아침이 뷔페식인데 과일도있어서 좋았고, 위치도 올드퀘벡 한복판이라 저녁늦게 들어와도 편했습니다. 근데 쪼금 언덕이라...올드퀘벡 구경 후에는 파이팅해야 호스텔에 들어갈 수 있습니다????

Indeed commendable and outstanding from kirchen to housekeeping staffs. They are all helpful and efficient.
Nari from reception is exceptional for his politeness and genuine kindness. He was very patient in accommodating my request for an early check in. And what makes a difference was he helped me with my luggages. I highly appreciate his amazing customer service. Truly one of your best team players.

Great hostel for a short stay. Highly recommend the guided tour. Hot breakfast in the morning was a welcome perk with toast, bagels, cereal, coffee and fruit. Shared bathrooms were clean. No issues with security or comfort. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Able to easily stay with little to no French language skills
