Absolutely disgusting! First room was never cleaned, second room isn’t much better either. The entire place smells too like filth and pot. Pretty sure they also have a mold issue judging by the smell and the symptoms of a mold exposure I woke up with. Of course I don’t believe they allow you to upload photos of their little hell hole either. Otherwise you could see the nasty stains all over the carpet, the shower that you definitely can’t get clean in and the cheap make shift closet area. No hooks for towels either. Absolutely terrible.
Very outdated rooms. 3rd floor smells like a bar room full of smoke. Rooms are not worth the price they charge. No security cameras at all inside the hallways or outside in the parking lot.
Needed a last minute room for a very late night arrival. Room had a smell and was dingy. Bathroom was old and grimy. Would not want to stay longer than one night.
On a scale from 1-10 I’d give this hotel an overall 3/4 at most. 1. The service SUCKED. From the person who checked me in to the person who checked me out. The check in was so nasty and rude 2. My towels nor my room smelled fresh at all, you can tell someone tried tidy up but it wasn’t fresh. 3. For some reason my room wasn’t getting cold & 4. When I went to check out I stood waiting for about 20 minutes because the other girl was knocked out sleeping (face palm) and had an attitude like I was wrong for waking her up
My guest showed up for their room, but the front desk claims they couldn't let them in, even with a confirmation number and their ID. The front desk employee has an awful attitude, for starters. They were on the phone/had someone in their ear when they came out, and were talking to whoever they were on the phone with, which made conversation confusing when they were both talking to my guest and whoever was on the phone at the same time. And when my guest got confused, the front desk employee snapped at them about "having an attitude".
What really sucked was that they claimed that after a certain hour, they don't allow guests into the rooms that they paid for? Something something, computer audit? In the entire history of my hotel-going, this is a first and completely baffling. I've gone into hotels at 2AM and still got the room I paid for every single time. This is an awful policy if true. He also talked over me and said I had an attitude too for telling him I don't understand what's going on. I've never experienced service like this a day in my life man, I'm as nice and understanding as they get when it comes to working in the service industry. He didn't have to talk to me that way. God I was trying to calm everyone down and your front desk employee was making everything worse.
I just sent them to another hotel that gladly took our money, and they said their audit only takes a few minutes. Either your front desk employee was lying and being terrible, or your system is terrible AND your front desk employee is terrible. Hostile even.
Ms Tammy Is amazing !! Always working and giving customers her undivided attention. Her kindness is un-measurable and her customer service is above and beyond! She makes extended stay a Wonderful place to stay
Ms. Tammy, that works in the evening, is so sweet and understanding! She is an asset and no one is as pleasant and customer service oriented as Ms. Tammy. She gets 5 stars and brings 5Stars to this establishment
Only one problem I’ve been here over a year working- I ask nothing of housekeeping still can’t understand why my weekly payment is so HIGH ………STAFF is WONDERFUL!!!!!!!
