Close to the airport and good food

Good hotel to spend the night before an early morning flight. 5 minutes from the rental car return.

Staff was very friendly, room was available early and rib-eye steak dinner was delicious.

Good service from the front desk, rooms was clean. Shower gel, Shampoo and Hand cream provided, no toothpaste ???? mini fridge, ironing board and iron available the is Pool currently out-of service. Shuttle bus Pickup from the airport available call the hotel for location where to go or ask information desk at the airport.

Food and beverage prices are like you never left the airport. The hotel is clean though, parking is free, there is a pool, and the staff are friendly. This is definitely not a 5 or 4 star hotel, it's a solid 3.
Update changing my initial 3 star review to a 1 star review. The hotel no longer lets you book a 1 night stay. Now the minimum is 2 nights.

I was canceling a reservation because of the bad reviews I read, and the receptionist was rude by talking to other customers while on the phone with me and then told me 'I'm sorry but the customers here is more important than the customers on the phone'.

Located on loud roadway, air conditioner was loud and didn't work with the thermostat. Was not welcomed as a Diamond member with an explanation of benefits nor an upgrade by the unkind receptionist with red hair. Parking was not explained either. Engineer came to room and was eager to assist but he suggested we move rooms. Later another engineer came and told us "that's how it is". Pool is closed and was not listed online as closed. Says temporarily closed on the gate but it's empty (no water) and looks permanently closed. Also, the rooms do not block out light even when the curtains are closed. Definitely will not return to this location.

We would like to give thanks Ms. Davion, Ms. Kendra and Mr. Steve for making us feel like we were at home, really Loved the king suite it was very, very clean (shoutout to the house keeper) and all the help from front desk, looking forward to stay here again.

FRONT DESK WAS RUDE THE NEVER MENTIONED WHEN CHECKED IN THAT THEY ONLY CLEAN ROOMS AND REPLACE TOWELS ONCE EVERY 3 DAYS!!

I travel for work often and decided to give this hotel a try. Not a good decision at all. The greeting consisted of a cookie with the room key. Went upstairs to a filthy bathtub that at this point, couldn’t be cleaned it needs resurfacing. Instead of resurfacing it they placed a shower mat down. This is an older hotel and needs to be updated. Bed linens were not the best and barely tucked. The TV is outdated and is not a smart TV. The room felt damp. Went to the bar to find a stressed out waiter with an attitude who looked overworked. I didn’t even eat. Will not return here.

Front desk receptionist Ameya was extremely rude and very unhelpful. When I called to get help she simply said “well I don’t know what to do” and hung up, had to call her again.

Cheap low class hotel. No soap in the bathroom no exhaust in restroom and size of a portable potty. Staff not very friendly.

There was a young, fair African American lady there who was extremely rude and unprofessional. The man near her was working and she was there doing nothing. When I asked her a simple question I got a rude remark and bad attitude. If you are going to work for someone's business you're to be professional at all times. You are not to be rude to any customer, visitor or guest. It have me a bad impression of this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff was hard to find so we ordered through the bar.
Wifey thought something was up with the thermostat since it kept resetting.
