A wonderful hotel. Very clean and well kept. The housekeeping staff does a great job and all of the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. There is such a laid back and comfortable vibe here. The pool is nice and warm and the work out area is very well equipped. Great breakfasts in the restaurant too. A gem at the end of Market Street!

Outstanding location and amenities. The Radisson hotel we stayed at was conveniently located near popular attractions and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fitness center and pool were an added bonus, and the onsite dining options were fantastic.

The rooms are comfortable and efficient. Location is top tier. Soo many food options plus entertainment and things to learn/do if interested. The hotel itself has great dining options and even date night fun. Highly recommend if staying in the area or even for a night getaway.

Have been staying here while on business travel. Staff is great, the hotel has been completely renovated and enjoyed the bar and restaurant.

Stayed there last July. Overcharged my credit card. Been fighting with them since including with help from the NY Consumer Fraud. They change there excuses to avoid direct questions of the facts. As well they ignore the NY AG Consumer Fraud requests for the truth. Never stay there again.

Had a friend stay here, at my recommendation, over the weekend. She arrived with her partner, who is trans, and was met with disdain and contempt by the concierge. After an unnecessary reaction to the couple, she then proceeded to get the manager and grill my friends partner with questions about her dead name in order to verify that it was her on her ID and credit card.
In this day and age, you would think that a major hotel chain would have their employees trained to properly handle all members of their community. The manager, concierge and all of the Radisson higher ups should be deeply ashamed of themselves for this type of behavior. How dare you.

Want to like it! Staff is super friendly but over worked. Stale beer at bar (told them and it was still there the next night) ; food orders were wrong two nights in row 2 of 8 people.

A no smoking ???? hotel which is great .Clean and comfortable room. Easy check in and out . Hot breakfast is available but ( boiled eggs , bread butter jam, biscuits and gravy, self making waffle, cornflakes,coffee and tea)

Easy parking. Front desk help nice and helpful. Hotel bar staff really good with service. Drink selection good. Very close to Corning Museum of glass.

Was there for a conference. Decided to eat in restaurant. I get that help is slim pickings these days but only 7 of us in the entire place. Three of us ordered soup and grilled cheese. Almost an hour later a cold, nasty sandwich, soup from a can with a film on top it had set so long. Only three of us got food after an hour wait. We all ordered easy stuff - BLT and salad with the other. The rest had to take food back to conference room. I paid $20 and am kicking myself for not refusing to pay. Hotel conference room was nice but don't expect to eat there.

I highly recommend the restaurant and bar at the Radisson in Corning NY. Will, the General Manager, is spectacular at making people feel welcome. His staff was merry and cheerful as they served our large group and others. Thank you to all of them!

Hotel is transitioning from Radisson to Double Tree. Maid service basically non-existent during visit. Food at the bar and bartender were FANTASTIC. Food for the planned dinners for the conference was very late being served and was Luke warm to cold. Some attendees Food was not cooked as they ordered. Location did not have sufficient parking.

Just bought by Doubletree and the limbo of the transition shows a bit. Our bathroom was nice and had been renovated. TV was huge and very high rez. The bed was big, but suffered a bit from memory foam troughs. The shades and wallpaper had seen better days, however. I went down to use the pool and whirlpool (open to 11!) but despite a number of signs indicating its presence, the whirlpool had disappeared during COVID and had not returned due to the ownership limbo, so that was disappointing. Very handy for the local historic district with all the amenities / restaurants. Interesting choice of color for the hotel exterior.

The Hotel is under construction but we had a wonderful weekend. Lee at the desk was amazing. He took care of a minor inconvenience we had due to the construction and made the weekend a great experience. Pool was warm and food for breakfast and Dinner was great. Wish I knew my waitress' name she was great made me feel at home. Great location for night life walking market street. Bed and room were clean and comfortable. Great stay keep up the great service.

We stay here at every fall for a few days to make the glass pumpkins at the corning museum. It has wonderful service and it just got a makeover. The pool is fantastic and the staff is attentive and kind. They will take care of whatever you need. There is a liquor store that delivers to the hotel if you need some for your getaway weekend. There is a bar restaurant in the hotel with excellent service and fantastically delicious food. I would Highly recommend. The hotel is located at one end of the best street in Corning. There are various boutique stores, restaurants, bars, and much much more. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The king suites have rain showers from above

I called The Radisson Hotel in Corning this morning. Lee Cummings , the front desk manager, answered the call . My good friend was checking in to the hotel later that day after his surgery. Lee was very helpful to me, suggesting a wonderful florist in Zieglers florist in Horseheads, Ny. I’m so appreciative of the level of professionalism and kindness that I received from The Radisson Corning!!! Thank you so much
