Instalado en un antiguo contenedor a orillas de la autopista, Gorilla BBQ propone a pesar de este entorno un poco especial los riegos para derribar a cualquier amante de la carne. Con pan de maíz y judías en el sur, es difícil resistirse. Puedes elegir entre chuletas de cerdo, ternera o guiso de pollo, o hacer una mezcla en absoluto. La cola puede ser larga, y habrá que pedir para llevar, pero vale la pena. ¿Y por qué no llevar sus riñones a la playa para un buen picnic?

I had the brisket and Mac n cheese.
First the star; the brisket. The meat was super tender and juicy, moist with the perfect amount of fat and char. Taste was very good and overall it was just a great example of bbq, not just for the west coast but in general. I’d give the brisket a 4.7/5 star rating!
The Mac n cheese, well it was a disappointment. Not sure if it’s always like this but the noodles were to soft almost to the point of being soggy, the cheese sauce was nice and thick but something was just off about it. Flavor was okay but nothing to write home about. It seemed like this was not freshly made and I was really disappointed in the Mac. My rating would be a 1.5/5 stars for this.
Overall not sure if I just got an older batch of Mac or what, but the bbq itself is what redeemed them and I would go again just for that.
