????No cozy hangout spot. All the common spaces provided only hard wooden chairs, except for the always crowded poolside where everyone gathered and left their stuff for the whole day. The TV room is a waste of space, it’s dark and the TV that nobody watches blocks the view. The few hammocks are not located in a nice spot either.
We were also disappointed in the quality of the activities and the massage.
In conclusion, I wouldn’t really recommend this hostel, I think you can find better end cheaper hostel around minca
But also for the price of 80€/night for a double room I would expect the staff to be (more) friendly (which some if them unfortunately were not), I would also expect that people listen to me when I ask a question instead of answering something different all the time.
We also had some leftover cleaning papers in our room when checking in and I found that the deal for the cocktails is quite bad as the glass is half full and the preparation for the price is soso. I don’t know for that price range I would generally expect a little more, which applies also to the food: if ingredients are missing I would like to have that pointed out, instead of just giving me the food without it for the same price ????
But well..in general you can have a great time to relax and we had that (but the price level was for me too high in the end)
Could have done with hummingbird feeders, hammocks and more seating areas.
Downmarks because the roof fell off in the wind and nearly killed someone!
And the bird watching tour they offer is teeeerrible value for money- 120k each, with a big group, no handouts, photographs, nothing. Just a 2 hour walk around the property. Wouldn't recommend, way overpriced for what it was.
Évitez les chambres Loro 5 6 7 on dirait un aquarium !
et surtout inspectez bien vos draps , nous avons été attaqués par des puces de lit , c’est horrible , plus de 100 piqûres par jambe
Pour nous dédommager l’hôtel a fait 50% sur nos consommations , mais je pense que j’ai eu le double en médicaments pendant les 4 jours suivants

La nourriture : wooowww! Délicieux, simple.
La vue: magnifique
La sierra nevada est magnifique
La piscine est chauffée!
De l'eau chaude dans les douches!
Des animaux trop gentils! sur le site: chats et chiens "de lhotel"
Des oiseaux au levée du soleil quisurvolent la forêt, comme des perroquets. Nombreux colibris!
Dans la forêt. Propre. Ambiance chill. Personne de stressés là!
La route pour s'y rendre est une aventure !
El servicio de limpieza es cada 2 días y no te avisan. Para subir al hotel necesitar un transporte especial de jeep porque está en las montañas, nos avisaron de esto un día antes de nuestra llegada, cuando ya no se podía cancelar el hotel.
El lugar esta bien, es bonito, pero creo que demasiado caro en relación calidad precio.
I’m also giving a 5 for location because it’s was I was expecting. Pure jungle, isolate type of vibe.
If you’re looking for a more accesible place, this is the exact opposite. Completely disconnected but 100% connected with nature.
Just one teeny tiny feedback on the private rooms is, we should get more hanging hooks. Other than that, it as an amazing stay
