Atención: ¡lujo! Este antiguo monasterio de hermanas hospicianas ha sido magistralmente transformado en uno de los mejores hoteles de Bélgica. Le recibirán en el antiguo invernadero, bañado de luz, y enseguida se ocuparán de usted. Le mimarán de principio a fin. Las habitaciones son enormes, con techos originales y tonos caqui dorado y topo muy relajantes. Un spa de 3 plantas y 5 restaurantes (3 de ellos ya con estrellas Michelin, incluido el emblemático Hertog Jan) completan el alto nivel del hotel.

I surprised my mum with this visit and really saved up money for this. We were super disappointed with the room, because it was located next to the rubbish disposal - between 6-8 in the morning every morning the rubbish was emptied which was super noisy. The room we had was officially 600 dollar a night. So that noise is unacceptable
Furthermore we were forced to pay 100€ for parking because your normal parking garage was under construction… why does the guest have to pay more only because you are under construction?
Let’s of course also mention some great points. The hotel it self’s is super beautiful and staff was friendly. Our highlight was the breakfast, but on the bottom line considering the price for the stay the price value is not fair. At least not - when you get such a bad located room…..
Wij zijn terugkerende gasten en verblijven hier regelmatig, elke ervaring is TOP en ongezien.
De lat ligt hier zeer hoog en je ziet dat het hele team deze waarde meedraagt, iedereen is hier en het hele team mag heel fier zijn op wat ze hier neerzetten, dit is uitzonderlijk en vele hotels al zeker binnen België en ver daarbuiten, zouden hier eens moeten overnachten, want wat ze hier neerzetten is uitzonderlijk ♥️
Het is en blijft TOPKLASSE.
Voor mij is dit absoluut het beste hotel.
De aanpak - service - welness - fitness en ga zo maar door!
Wij worden steeds herkend en super goed geholpen!
Natasha ( dame van het ontbijt) is een van onze favorieten! Zo vriendelijk.
Ik heb bepaalde favoriete kamers dat ze me steeds in assisteren!
Voor ons is the botanic een droom!
