SON GRANOT

Un hôtel qui innove un nouveau concept : pas de réception pour se sentir comme chez soi et c’est réussi. Pas de télé dans la chambre (encore comme chez soi). Un petit-déjeuner très gourmand et varié dans un jardin magnifique, sous des saules pleureurs. Une piscine agréable, un personnel très sympathique, le tout à à peine 1km du port de Castell, que demander de plus.

Un paraíso, buen trato , buen servicio y comida excelente

The setting is lovely and the music was good. We only went to have a drink and listen to the live music so I can’t comment on the hotel or food. However when we asked if we can just have drinks the staff wasn’t very welcoming and quite cold, we were put in a corner and forgotten about, we had to grab a waiter to order and then when our drinks came my friend ordered a glass of wine, the waitress just poured what was left in the bottle, which wasn’t enough to fill the glass to the correct level. So we thought she’d go and grab another bottle but no, she just didn’t come back so my friend just had a very small glass of wine. I’m disappointed that we had such bad service, I think it’s probably because we just wanted drinks and not food. The other people who were eating seemed to have ok service and seemed to be enjoying their food. Also looking at the servers they didn’t smile once at anyone, and they also tried to charge us for a bottle of water that we ordered that we never got, when we refused to pay for it the server was slightly agressive and challenged us over it. So overall poor service/ experience; at least the music was good. I think next time I come I’ll go for a meal and hopefully have a better experience.

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato incantevole, tutto lo staff è super gentile e disponibile, ti fanno sentire a casa. Il posto è molto tranquillo e con una atmosfera incredibile e rilassante.. colazione ottima servita in un bellissimo giardino..e un ristorante super in cui è possibile cenare. Il tutto a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla località di Es Castell e a mezz'ora di auto dalle principali spiagge di Minorca.
Se amate pace, tranquillità e riservatezza è il vostro posto!
